It takes time and effort to create Self-control... You have to know, trust and understand yourself fully... Because it is at that moment when you don't trust yourself or know why you do something that you don't demonstrate Self-control.
Self-control is a firm of discipline, a standard that we set ourselves... That standard is generally very high and what I have witnessed many people do, is to lower that standard and then claim they have Self-control... This is nothing short of accepting 2nd best in life and this leads people to a life of mediocrity!
If you want your life to have value, be fulfilling and to experience happiness on a consistent basis... Lowering your standards will not give you this.
Maintain your very high standards and strive every day to achieve them... Not accepting anything less and the approach you have to that standard will help you develop and grow your Self-control.
Constant and Never Ending Improvement is how you want to be every day.
Our kitchen has been up to a little something behind the scenes, not just your usual chopping and grilling and sautéing – though there has been a lot of that too.
They’ve actually been busy experimenting with new ingredients and dishes, along with the obligatory taste tests [really taking one for the team there, but someone’s gotta step up to the plate], all to pull together our new, delicious menu.

Dane, though it was cold and he did scream a few times, I think he handled it pretty well. Bit disappointed we couldn't distract him by singing a banger on Cryo-Oke Friday!! 😬

Two more beautiful MamaBe yoga babies have arrived recently. Congratulations to Liss on the arrival of Lucy Edith and to Jordan on the arrival of Kurtley Harold.
It makes me so happy to see my students beautiful babies arrive... and to hear Mum describe birth as “incredible” “amazing” and the “best day of my life” absolutely thrills me to bits.
Sometimes birth just doesn’t go to plan despite our best efforts, that’s no reflection on Mum whatsoever... but when it does I’m always pleased that Mum has got to experience a happy and positive initiation into motherhood.

We all wear masks, except for when we are alone?
Because when we are alone we can be natural... We have no role to fulfil... No needs or expectations to be met... Whatever role you need to play... Whether it be... Mother, father, wife, husband, son, daughter, friend, colleague, supervisor, manager, worker, team mate, boss, customer... etc
All of these roles will take different energy levels... And these are unique to you.
What one person may find easy, another may find draining.
Have you ever noticed that a certain situation, environment or person just sucks the life from you and you feel drained afterwards?

When we are alone our energy flows freely and we can do things effortlessly.

The Yarrangobilly area dates back 440 million years and can tell us a lot about history through the years - everything from climate change to the effects of animal and human activity. Also don't miss the glow worms and cave formations, including the stunning cave coral or the likes of the stalagmites and stalactites - like what's pictured here. It’s been just over 3 months since we’ve opened and there has been plenty of learning opportunities during this time, being first time business owners with a new service.
For those who don’t know we’re a mother and son duo. My name is Kyle and my business partner is Jenni. Outside of this I have a loving wife who runs her own business LPL studio and we have 4 kids plus I work a full time job outside of CryoCare. Jenni is constantly keeping herself busy working at CryoCare, donating her time to a local garden community and being there for her 8 grandchildren. It’s fair to say we’re a very busy household.
Since our opening, we’ve had amazing clients come through and come back. So thank you everyone who has come down and tried cryotherapy. We’re seeing great results and it’s rewarding that we are able to bring this to Wagga and the surrounding region.

Our next BIG event is Beach to Bush for Mia, a motorcycle ride to raise funds for Mia.
My uncle Chris put together this event, with help from Wagga local David. They will be riding (along with others) from Port Macquarie to Wagga Wagga, stopping along the way.
The motorcycle ride will start in Port Macquarie on the 4th of October and will wind up in Wagga on the 7th of October, final meeting place The Thomas Blamey.

At what point do you think right I’ve had enough of the same old thing?? Not enough sleep, I’m sluggish, I’m moody, I’m unproductive?? For me it was THIS YEAR! Maybe it was the surgery I had, maybe it was turning 40, maybe it was knowing my kids are a bit more independent and it was time for ME to be number 1.
It started with the mindset that I needed to be a better version of who I am. I knew I needed a new path, a new lease on life! I wanted a new business opportunity too.
So I went along to an essential oils workshop (my bestie made me!) and I didn’t get carried away at the time. I bought 2 oils and thought “there’s something in this though, there has to be, why is this company one of the fastest growing in the world right now??” I came home and did my research - like a crazy lady obsessed. I read and read and read. I joined some webinars and bought some more oils. I decided the whole house was going #lowtox and it was time to integrate better health and new opportunities for my whole family.
We are full steam ahead here. 4 months in to this new feeling of being healthier, more productive and a new business! Sometimes I’m so excited I can’t even sleep (even when I’ve loaded myself with oils haha). But it feels bloody good to be EXCITED.
