RUDY ABANDONED & EMACIATED 😭🚨
He didn’t even have a name until the volunteers at @northcentralshelter gave him one. Please SHARE even though he is emaciated, this strong-willed hero clearly wants to live. He is Blue Alerted for being #emaciated You can help turn Rudy’s life around by adopting, fostering, sharing the post, or donating
Available Date 🔹July 17th
Underdog Rudy needs a human to help him clinch the heart warming ending he deserves! When this sweet soul was found, he was so hungry and tired that he had to be scooped into the car. Once he got comfortable, this 7 year old babe with a heart of gold began gently wagging his tail each time he heard his human driver’s voice. Even though he is clearly emaciated, this strong-willed hero clearly wants to live. E.R. doctors determined that though he was clearly emaciated, there was nothing majorly wrong with. Rudy becomes available Tuesday 7/17. PLEASE come meet him. This underdog deserves to have his day. To see him is to want to carry him on your shoulders out of the shelter doors!

When we rescued Purrito, our blind Naga kitten, in India, she became our everything. For those five weeks we had her with us (before finding her a forever home), she was the central part of our day. We still travelled, photographed and did everything we enjoy, but always knowing that at the end of the day, she had become our priority. However, as much as she was important for us, we never took or posted photos of her until we had to say goodbye. She was quite sick and I would always think “we’ll take pictures of her when she’s recovered” and “this doesn’t totally fit with our theme and purpose”. But what the heck.
So let me officially present to you Waggy, our also quite sick Sri Lankan puppy. We’ve had him 2 weeks and he’s now an integral part of our days. Trying to rescue animals on the road is not always easy. We now spend more time researching how to stop a puppy from constantly biting than what we ought to for our blog. But it’s worth it. And I have a feeling it’s something that may continue to happen.
Through our work we’re trying to get you inspired by our world, so I guess we might as well show you all of it! 🐶
