The human body is very much like a car. It gives you signals, little warnings that something isn’t right. It seems like most people do a better job of responding to the signals their car gives them than their body. Symptoms like fatigue, indigestion, cravings, headaches, elevated cholesterol, and blood sugar are nothing more than signals – letting us know that something isn’t functioning right. It’s our job to address what is causing those problems. But if we don’t, those simple annoying problems could grow and be at the root of your major health complaint. 
There is not one magic formula that is going to do everything for you. It’s like peeling an onion; it’s one layer at a time.

Fixing symptoms is easy. It doesn’t require that much effort on our part and we feel relief very soon afterward. Unfortunately, this kind of “fixing” is like cheating yourself. Temporary.

Finding the root cause requires persistence. 
Finding (and fixing) the root cause requires action on your part as well.

There is going to be some courage required when you go after the root cause. 
I do encourage everyone go and see your doctor regularly,but do not just accept if something is not working well. Doctors and patients should work hand in hand to find and address the root of the symptoms. If not, we have to fire that doctor. Sometimes we gave them too much power over our own body because we are just too weak,lazy or ignorant to go after the real problem and work for our own well being.
I love Doctors who are practicing health care, who is respecting our wonderfully created human body.
Our body is not doing anything against us, just adapting the environment to keep us alive. It is our responsibility to work with it and guide back to find balance again.
We need Health-care not disease management,but it is up to us, to stand up and find the Great Doctors!❤ Happy National Doctors Day!
