Don’t spend your time thinking and saying that you can’t do whatever you have in mind. You can & you will! Concentrate on working hard and being determined to achieve it. Also, focus on the journey that takes you to it & make the best out of it.
We, unfortunately, tend to waste our energy on negative thoughts that drain us of any motivation and determination we had to begin with, thinking we aren’t good enough. But guess what.. you are good enough. So focus on starting, continuing and organizing your project, and put those negatives thoughts aside, ignore them and only pay attention to the ones that productively help you to succeed! It can be very challenging in the beginning, but it gets easier. So start now💙
Totally moved by podcast called In The No (Pt.1) by Radiolab recapping in the “No” series by Kaitlin Prest. Saying no can be such a complex thing in so many moments of life: sexual, career, and so much more. Some moments/ ideas that struck me the most are visualized here.
