Happy Saturday! Do you remember that fringe install that was featured over on @marthastewart? Well, we have all the DIY steps for you to create your own! Let’s get started!
1. Choose a color palette for your fabric, then cut 10 strips per foot or desired garland length, in various lengths to add depth when the garland is strung across. The strips here are each measure 2-by-8 inches in size.
2. Use chicken wire for your garland base, which can be measured to whatever length you like for the overall display. Tie each fabric strip to the chicken wire, looping through the hexagon gap, knitting in the center and allowing the ends to drape.
3. For some extra sparkle, we added in metallic fringe! You can drape the whole metallic curtain in between your display and cut at varying lengths! We loved this part of the installation!
4. You are now ready for your party! We hope you enjoyed this DIY! If you make a version of this please tag us so we can see your creations!
Eleven more days in the Breast Cancer Awareness month of October. Hoping women are getting their mammogram 👍🏿This month I had my six month follow up with the radiologist and I got the all clear from the radiology department 😊. It has been six months since my last radiation treatment and he said I was doing well and no more followup visits were needed. Between the lumpectomy in December 2017 and the followup radiation the radiation was the hardest emotionally. Radiation for five days a week for multiple weeks is emotionally draining 😞. This art is in celebration of the emotional and physical strength women need to endure the necessary medical treatments to heal and be cancer free 😊👍🏿 #breastcancer#breastcancersurvivor#breastcancerawareness#breastcancerawarenessmonth

First off. This girl is my absolute favorite. We met because we both have a passion for eyelashes and we also LOVE the same brand: Bua! I love what this industry has to offer, not just the work, but the people I get to meet. They become life long friends. 🖤🙌🏼
