In case y’all are wondering why I’m back, it’s partially to seak validation from hundreds of people that I’ll probably never see in person in my lifetime, but mostly to advertise my depop to all of y’all. Buy my sh*t! 🤷🏽♀️ Thrifted goods, vintage Levi’s, and lightly used clothing from my closet, ayyyye! 😘💰 @chantellyd123
There’s a local designer that sets up every time I visit the nearby farmers market. I own three pieces from her and I fell in love with the polka dots. Originally, this shirt was designed as a kimono sleeve style top with oversized sleeves and wider torso width; I eventually decided it was a bit overwhelming on my petite frame so I reconstructed it based on another shirt I previously bought from her. The result looks more like a regular shirt and I love rolling up the arms forms casual look. The material is selvedge fabric from Japan and the hem is a raw finish. I also altered these vintage Levis for a better fit and created a raw hemline. These slingback mules are an oldie from Madewell and I got them before mules started becoming all the rage.
Jeans: Levis (vintage)
Water pollution, toxic chemical use and textile waste: fast fashion comes at a huge cost to the environment. A cost we cannot afford to ignore as a species. Choosing recycled and repurposed clothing is one of the most powerful ways to protect our planet and our single most precious resource, 💦 water. Plus it’s actually more fashionable to care... At @americanrecycledclo we are excited to be part of a global shift to protect this beautiful planet. Plus how gorgeous is @laurenbugg01 in these vintage Levi’s and Harley crop ❤️♻️❤️ 📸 photographer @iamtrishalurie 💄makeup by @thereal_xena_b
