Channeling my inner Disney Princess (Belle) and saying Bonjour to all of Paris! Here are a few of the fantastic places we ate: at “home” (Picked up food from supermarkets- that’s my fav thing to do when we travel) and at Hank Burger, Hank Pizza, Hot Vog, Apeti, Vietnam in Paris, Gentle Gourmet (Sunday brunch!) and Cloud Cakes. Super bon! We are on our way home with full bellies and hearts. (I know we missed a ton of good eats... never enough time, but more for next time!) 🥐🥖🧀✨
This cute restaurant @vietnaminparis in Paris was amazing! It’s 💯 vegan and Vietnamese. I went for lunch where there is an option for a starter and entree for €15,90 or starter, entree and desert for €18,90.
For a starter I had Nha Trang, which were steamed rice noodles woven to a crepe served with a soy skewers wrapped with betel leaves garnished with cashews and marinated leeks served with a side of vegan nuac cham. This dish was so delicious, flavorful and light.
For my main dish I had my first vegan Phô! It’s not very easy to find a vegetarian option. Vietnam in Paris’s Phô was made with a vegetarian broth, mushrooms, rice noodles, tofu, soy protein and fresh herbs. It was so satisfying.
Overall the vibe and decor of this restaurant was so positive, light, and airy. Downstairs they have a meditation room.
