Ok, first off, not a great picture in the gym, my phone battery was dying. Secondly, I am not usually one to get all giddy about a very minor thing, yet here I am. Today, about 5 weeks after starting a regular lifting routine with @adam_james_yq I was able to score a new PR. Just a few weeks ago i was barely able to squat 165lbs on a 2 rep set. Today, I broke the 200lbs mark. I was able to hit 205 for 4 reps. Much thanks to Adam for all the spots, works of encouragement, and pointers. So stoked to see improvement. I can't wait to see how much this will help my fencing at the North American Cup in Baltimore next month.
