Frozen fruits & veggies are usually better than store bought fresh (farmers market is best👍🏼) because they are at their ripest when picked. Which means higher nutrients. Don’t be afraid to use them😊
#accountabilitypost for what I ate tonight. My sweet darling made us dinner, it was slightly indulgent but still healthy! 😍🤗💖 some leftovers of the random meal prep veggies (tomato, mushroom, red beans and spinach) + lobster sliders with roasted red pepper and vegan pesto aioli and vegan cheese for me. 😚 I love that he is always willing to try cooking even though he says he doesnt know anything about cooking. This community that I've been a part of for 13 years & counting has completely changed my LIFE! Going from a shy, stand in the corner girl to➡ walking up & talking to people I have never spoken to before. Thinking I was invincible & not knowing what I ate for each meal REALLY made a difference in my body to➡ truly being fueled & powered by real food & having consistent energy. Classy AF • I’ve been unpacking, cleaning, arranging, etc since I moved in and totally failed to realize tomorrow is FRIYAY 🤦🏽♀️ • In the middle of chaos, I snuck away to @costco and @heb (also @homedepot but you probably don’t care 🤷🏽♀️😂) and grabbed some necessities like rotisserie chicken, Brussels sprouts and Cabernet Sauvignon 🍷 • All my things were still packed so I had to use my new air fryer as a table 😏

Spice with cumin, pepper, and salt. Add diced 🌶 , 🥒 , 🥕, 🍅, and onions (if you’re diggin’ it...)
Loved loved loved this meal earlier today! Totally plant based and just look at all of that color! • arugula • okra• tomatoes • sweet potato slices • green lentils • cucumber slices • avocado • yellow mustard for a kick of flavor (not pictured). I try to combine raw and cooked veggies in a meal.
