It’s been awhile. Quick, tasty, homemade pizza with veggies. Use any crust you like- thin crust, gluten free, cauliflower, homemade, store bought!
1️⃣Preheat oven to your dough/crust instructions. Prepare dough/crust on baking sheet. 2️⃣Sauté 1 clove garlic and 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes. Once softened and liquid from tomatoes is reduced a bit add 1 cup spinach and 1/4 cup roughly torn basil and a couple of pinches of salt. Cook 2 mins or so until wilted. 3️⃣Spread thin layer of your fav pizza sauce on your prepared dough/crust. Add tomato/spinach mixture and evenly spread. 4️⃣Add any additional chopped veggies such as red onions, peppers or olives. 5️⃣Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. 6️⃣Bake according to your dough/crust instructions. 7️⃣ Make slices and top with any additionals such as red pepper flakes or oregano. Enjoy! (This can be tweaked so many ways for example using ricotta cheese and eliminating red sauce layer or using different veggies.) #pizza#veggiepizza
Vegetarian pizza from Italica. Crust was good, crispy on the outside and a little chewy in all the right places. We dined in and had plastic utensils! 🤔 It's a casual place...yet located in a luxury car dealership. 🍕
I’d never tried figs until today. They seem to be getting increasingly popular. On pizza, with mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar glaze, arugula, caramelized onions, the combination is amazing! Of course I had to get naan instead of making pizza since my cooking time has to be under 20 minutes!

I have to admit i am a big fan of shop bought fresh pizzas, more so than takeaway thats for sure! Asda never fails to dissapoint. The base was lovely, thin and crispy and i love the flavour of the crusts. There was plenty of toppings (mushroom, red onion, peppers and sweetcorn) and the right amount of sauce to balance the sweetness of the veggies. Perfect amount of cheese finished this off beautifully. Veggie pizzas can be bland but this was very tasty, will buy again for sure.
