🌿 BRIGADEIRO NAPOLITANO 🌿
Olá gent, a receita de hoje é fácil, gostosinha....e doce! Não tem nenhum segredo além da criatividade, eu quis juntar todos os meus sabores favoritos e fiz um brigadeiro com uma lata de leite condensado de soja da #Soymilke dividida em três sabores, pra quem quiser, também pode ser feito com leite condensado vegano caseiro ou de outra marca, então vamos à receita que é super simples!
BRIGADEIRO DE CHOCOLATE: esse é só colocar um pouquinho de óleo de coco na panela + 1/3 da lata de leite condensado com um pouco de chocolate meio amargo vegano, também dá pra fazer com cacau e aí é só mexer até engrossar e soltar da panela
BRIGADEIRO DE FRUTAS VERMELHAS: o nome já explica, o modo de preparo é idêntico, mas ao invés de chocolate vamos colocar frutas vermelhas congeladas ou frescas, se for usar as congeladas é só colocar na panela direto, e se for usar frescas é melhor bater as frutas no processador primeiro e depois usar o sumo no brigadeiro
BRIGADEIRO BRANCO: seguindo o mesmo processo, nesse aqui vamos colocar leite em pó, eu usei leite de coco em pó que na verdade nem dá muito gosto de coco, mas também dá pra usar o de soja

Zuchini burger.Only 3 ingredients:
👌2 eggs (breaten)
👌1 big zuchini grated
👌1 cup of whole wheat
(I use @arrowheadmills whole wheat stone ground)
Mix them and roast in iron skillet with 2 table spoon of olive oil.
You can add garlic and onion too.

Underneath all that yummy vegan cheese is the most delicious @impossible_foods burger that I’ve ever had! @montysgoodburger hits all the nostalgic notes; with scrumptious burgers, fries, tater tots, and milk shakes. 💯% VEGAN! 🌱 Their vegan ranch is also incredible! 💁🏻♀️ Does anyone else like to dip their fries in ranch too?! 😋 Swipe to see more photos.

Hey peeps! So I got a few responses from my poll yesterday and they were all so sweet. Stay tuned for a super sweet recipe later I know everybody will be happy with!!!!! In the meantime here is another one of my favorite recipes, and it's 2 in 1!!!!!! My Stuffed Bell Peppers are to die for, but the filling that goes inside can also become a delicious Veggie Burger!! I love these kinds of recipes because I know I can make a ton of it and put it to good use throughout the week in multiple different ways. It's super simple to throw together, not to mention EXTRA yummy with a little bit of vegan cheese thrown in there! Here's what's inside. 🌶 ~
• Preheat oven to 400•
•Cook 1 cup of quinoa in 2 cups of veggie broth.
• Mash up one can of black beans until they become moosh! Set aside.
• Chop onion, mushrooms, spinach, and bell pepper into small pieces. Sauté in an oiled pan until onions are translucent.
• Mix together quinoa, black bean moosh, and veggies.
• Throw in:
~ 4 TBSP. nutritional yeast
~ 2 TBSP. chia seed
~ salt/pepper to taste
~ 1 TBSP. siracha
~ 2 TBSP. gluten free bread crumbs
• Chop off the stem and hollow out your bell pepper(s). Fill with mixture and add in cheese (optional). Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top of the bell pepper/mixture is starting to brown.
~ This process takes a little more time than usual but it is MUCH worth the wait. These are so delicious and flavorful, not to mention the mixture you put inside can be flattened into a pancake, thrown on a grill, and used as a veggie patty for your favorite vegan burger!!!! Multiple use recipes are my fav and this mixture is so GOOD! Also the chia seed and black bean in the mix makes the patty more solid so it won't fall apart in your hands, and overall it makes for a gooey, delicious filling inside a bell pepper or anything else really! ✨Weight Loss Meal✨ I often caption these meals as weight loss meals because I know it will get your attention. But the truth is, the meals I post are more than weight loss meals. They are heart healthy meals. They are cholesterol free. They are low-inflammation. And they are @bluezones approved. The blue zones teaches meals to help you live long and healthy. If you are at a restaurant and there’s a veggie burger- order it! Yes, it’s better than the turkey burger and the chicken burger. Yes, get it without cheese. Veggie burgers without dairy are 100% cholesterol free. They don’t add plaque build up to your arteries. And don’t leave you feeling bloated and gross afterwards. I let my clients choose how much animal products they want to eat, but I will never recommend it, as that would be entirely irresponsible of me as a health professional. This recipe is supreme. You use what ever is your choice---(from a can ))--or --I do 32 ounces of dried brown pinto beans, in the super crockpot cooker!! . I don't- ((soak))--them, just wash ...throw in!!! I put one package of ((instant onion soup)) a little pepper and I let them cook for 12 hours on low. Then I make these beautiful sausage bean patties(( recipe is above ))-- I've learned not to fry (( completely takes the moisture out)) -- throw in your oven, let them bake, you will have a delicious vegetarian meal. I freeze, about half. The restv I get creative ..make bean dippers. I take the beans put them in a mix with sour cream, red mango, a jalapeño pepper, cream cheese . And then I sneak the beans in different dishes, that Am making. The protein in these cooked beans is very high and so nutritious. Ender loves refried beans! In order to keep the fat and the balance of the natural delicious tasteful beans .. I use a little olive oil, some onions, a couple cups of cooked crockpot beans, in a heavy cast iron skillet, on med heat...cook them up!! And roll up into burrito's I wanted to leave you with this (((beans sausage recipe))-- it's one of the best I have found, simple, easy, you acclimate your spices to your taste. Every time it gives you a beautiful nice crisp bean sausage paddy , bake them in the oven... Almost mess free... this recipe makes about six, it's easy to do.
