Juiced watermelon, cucumber, strawberries and apple, lemon juice, mint & lemon balm leaves. Veggie egg muffin made with more veggies and less eggs. A delicious mix of zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, & sweet potatoes all chopped or shredded hash brown style. Add fresh herbs (I used rosemary, parsley, thyme, and chives) and garlic, sea salt, pepper, and two eggs. Cook In muffin tins until firm and golden. 
Did you know..... Watermelon is an excellent fruit that effectively hydrates, detoxifies, and cleanses the entire body on a cellular level. It is rich in vitamins A and C as well as lycopene, beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. It helps reduce inflammation, edema, boost the immune system and strengthen vision. It’s loaded with antioxidants, even the rind (full of organic sodium & chlorophyll) and black seeds (with iron, zinc & protein) are excellent for you.  @medicalmedium

It always saddens me to hear people say that they’ve cut fruit out of their diets because of the sugar. Our culture is one of very few that look at fruit and don’t see the healing properties it contains. The benefits our bodies get from fruits (and vegetables & herbs) is incredible, it is the processed, chemical laden foods that make our bodies ill to begin with. If you change your diet and embrace the goodness that food grown from the earth provides, it will change your life. Now, I’m not going to act like I never eat the cookie or slice of pie, I occasionally do, 😋 but the majority of my diet, every single day, is natural (not labeled all natural in a box), clean foods I prepare myself and know every ingredient put into it. I love recipes. I love reading them, planning around them, revisiting them, creating from them. But I do also love looking at what I have and making it up... This messy but delicious plate was a couple of old tomatoes, handfuls of not-so-new spinach, half a chilli, bit of garlic, and eggs that had been waiting for an opportunity to do just this... and of course @belazu_co Rose Harissa, because any excuse to use it, really! Happy breakfasting.

I decided avocado toast would be her go to as it's simple and she's basic. Tbh she doesn't really eat breakfast that much and never has, having flatmates though means breakfast is more of a social gathering which she really likes. 
Robin has never had a romantic heartbreak, although when she was 13 and out at a "sleepover" her dad rang her and said her older brother had been in a car accident. She left the party she was at and went straight to the hospital drunk, when her dad saw her he was furious. Her mum shouted at her for lying in front of everyone in the ward. It was a rough night and R hasn't been close with her mum in the same way since. Her older brother made a swift recovery but now has a fear of driving.

Ayer me levanté sintiéndome desalineado, triste y un poco enferma.  En lugar de luchar contra esas “emociones negativas”, decidí aceptarlas, ya que son parte inevitable de la experiencia humana.  Me permití a mi misma sentirme mal sin juzgarme, pero también sin darle demasiada importancia y sin dedicarle mucho tiempo a pensar en las razones detrás de las emociones... simplemente fluir con ellas.

Hoy me levanté y desde el primer instante sentí que mi claridad y mi balance habían sido restaurados.  A veces es tan simple como dejar que las cosas pasen!.

Para celebrar el equilibrio de hoy, decidí hacerme un desayuno delicioso y equilibrado
-base de smoothie con mango, kale, maca y leche de avena -toppings:  fruta picada, granola, almendras y polen .

I've discovered a silver lining of Tom having chicken pox - no school run means extra time in the morning for breakfast! I'm never hungry when I first wake up, so usually end up having breakfast at work or when I get home from dropping Tom off 🏡. Generally I'm drawn to fruit in the morning but today I fancied scrambled eggs 🥚. So that's what I made. Added cherry tomatoes, cabbage, pickled radishes and carrots 🥕, and drizzled with siracha and herby dressing. Yum 😍
