Overnight oats disappeared in the blink of an eye this morning. Snap of my salad at work (eaten al desko so had to do a close up to avoid inadvertently capturing something I shouldn’t). 2.5 syns for the houmous, 1 syn for the pasta that apparently just has fresh tomatoes on it but I’m not convinced. Everything else is free. Had one coffee today with a splash of skimmed milk and 2 sugars do we’ll call that 2.5 syns. Veggie risotto for dinner using my hex a. Just inhaled these! (4 syns I think). Also had a bowl of carbs (pasta) for lunch with zero speed so not feeling great about that choice! Feeling like poop today - somehow on my run yesterday I have pulled a muscle in my butt!! 😂😂 plus the witch has turned up just in time for weigh day tomorrow so I expect I will have put on about a stone (feels like it!) and that always makes me feel awful and sick and headachy in addition to cramps which are oh so fun. I finish work at 4.30 and am planning on having a nap! Hoping hubby will have time to take dogface out for a walk but he’s going to a gig tonight, and stomping around the woods will probably do me good. This doesn’t look very appetising, but I made scrambled eggs the way Gordon Ramsay does, substituting in Greek yoghurt in place of Creme fraiche and vegan spread (1) in place of butter, and they were absolutely delicious.
