It’s my last week in surgery! Time really does fly! So to end this rotation strong, I decided to prepare all of my meals of the week:
🌱Breakfast #1 : mango, kale and vegan protein smoothie with flax seeds.
🌱Breakfast #2 : Greek yogurt chia pudding and mixed berries.
🌱Lunch #1 : salad with potatoes and cheese.
🌱Lunch/dinner #1 : curry and coconut milk tofu and broccoli on whole grain brown rice.
🌱Lunch/dinner #2 : spaghetti squash with vegan bolognese sauce.

Pumpkin Spice Latte!!!! From scratch!
Our first day of Fall came with SNOW in some parts of the city, which Im not feelin at all. After a morning walk in the cool air I really wanted to try a Pumpkin Spice syrup recipe from @ohsheglows I tweaked it with a lot of extra spice and ARTIFICIAL vanilla extract(cause we love the healthy but all love the saving money...) turned out GREAT. Made the rest of the fams without coffee just milk.
