•••Vegan Pasta Salad Platter•••
So I’m looking through my photos on my camera and I come across this!!!Apparently as I was on vacation by myself in Canada, leaving Silvia home alone, she decided to try some photography herself. She experimented with a grand total of just 3 photos and I personally loved all of them. This is the result 😮and something I couldn’t resist to post immediately as I saw it 😍 I think we have a new photographer in the house! The funny part is that she’s so used to food styling that Silvia will make a plate like this even when it’s not intended to be photographed for Instagram. I guess styling food almost everyday becomes a habit 😁. For someone who isn’t too sure how to pick up the camera, Silvia aka “Amore Amore” this is truly a great shot!!! 😘I’d love to know what you think? I think I might be out of a job 😬
As always if you like what you see, smash that ❤️ button and if you LOVE what you see leave a comment below! We love connecting and making new friends with new and seasoned plant based fanatics that share a passion for easily made vegan recipes 😁

FREE COFFEE AND CAKES ALL WEEKEND??! Hey folks, can you believe it?! It’s been nearly a year since we went vegan. We’ve grown so much in such little time and are so grateful to everyone we’ve met on the way who has helped us on our journey - from the various people we’ve had working on our team to our suppliers, and not forgetting our friends who gave us plenty of advice, to each and every one of you out there for constantly showing us support and friendship. It’s so humbling to be part of this community that is gathering huge momentum while quietly going about changing society for the better. I hope all this doesn’t come across too scmaltzy but I mean every word. When we opened I was clueless about how to set up and run a food business but had this romantic idea of meeting people who would come in for a bite and sit and have a chat, creating a sense of familiarity and belonging. The wonderful thing is that dream has become a reality - I feel Lele’s isn’t mine anymore but belongs to everyone who it means something to - i’ve been overwhelmed with how many people really feel a connection to what we’re doing here, it’s a wonderful feeling and makes me so proud thinking how much my father would have enjoyed seeing all the joy. As a lot of you will know it was his memory that inspired me and his name after which the cafe is named. At the end of the day though we’re just a little cafe serving simple honest food but your support really does means a lot. Here is a picture of our team having fun wearing their @lucyandyak dungarees. Huge thanks to this bad ass all female team, they’re the best. And again huge thanks to you guys!!! To say thank you in style we have plenty of treats and surprises for you, because if you know us we like a party:

ANYONE ELSE GOING TO THIS EVENT? It's a cooking class where you can also learn more about the history of the food from a Syrian chef. I'm a geek who loves to learn plus given everything that's been going on in Syria the past few years it would be nice to focus on the positive sides of its history and culture. DM me if you'd like details to join me on Thurs 25 Oct and get a 20% discount. I've checked and they will make it vegan friendly (with a meat option for the omnis). (Yeah I may have become friends with the organiser! 😁)

I am up way too early for a Saturday but luckily it is for a good cause and I am currently on my way to London to meet some of my oldest favourite pals for coffee and lunch and things 💕 plus also I really value the one and a half train hours i will get to read and listen to podcasts and get as far away from work as possible 💪🏻 I decided to save myself some time (and get to stay in bed for another 15 minutes) by bringing overnight oats with me on the train and so I thought I’d repost my favourite jar-based breakfast of recent weeks >> SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE 🍫 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup frozen mango, 3 medjool dates, 1 scoop @wearesolouk chocolate salted caramel protein powder, 2 tbsp cacao powder, pinch salt + 1 cup almond milk ~ blended until creamy and served with fresh figs, @upfullfood cacao crunch granola and @pureheavenlychocolate sated caramel chocolate ✨
Good morning! I feel like I've barely been on Instagram this week but yesterday was the end of the first half term and already we've got through tests with every year group and two sets of reports. I'm looking forward to using my week off to get out of the UK, hang out with friends, and simultaneously look after myself better while indulging on whatever food I fancy.
I got to the point this half term of making all my lunches on a Sunday so by Friday it would be 5 days old! It sounds gross but when you make rice dishes like these with lots of flavour then it is still appetising. I tried using Tesco own brand red Thai curry paste last week to save time but I was disappointed that it was mostly water. I've bought a better paste from @mattas1984 for the next time I want something quick and filling!
To make this I get a big pan and fill it with onions, potatoes, rice, curry paste, and a tin of coconut milk. I let it simmer till the rice is cooked then add all the veg I can think of and simmer till cooked through. It's like a Thai paella 😋
So last night was my first attempt at BBQ ”Buffalo”(cauliflower) wings while doing a IG live and it’s safe to say it went pretty well 😋 I mixed some flour and almond milk together then added seasoning (this can be any of your choice). I then coated the cauliflower and let it cook for 20 minutes. I then coated the cauliflower in @tescofood BBQ bourbon sauce and let it cook for another 20 minutes 🙊 Naughty but totally deserved 🙌🏼 Thanks to the lovely people who tuned in last night 💚🙃 Im off to work! Have a great weekend 😘#vegan
