Vegan Meatballs Pasta Bolognese Ⓥ
Amazing plant based meal, super easy to cook (boil pasta in a pan, put on side - cook tomato sauce mixed with meatballs in a pan or rice-cooker until ready); consisting of only THREE main ingredients:
Meatballs (vegan - farmfoods) 1 pack
Bolognese Sauce (Loyd Grossman - tesco, farmfoods) 2 jars
Corn Pasta (tesco) 1 pack
Spinach & Vegan Cheese as a garnish
Basil, Oregano, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
Meditation has the greatest of benefits. I’ve been meditating for about 6 years and 4 of them with a solid practice. Over the years it has been a blissful experience as it has decreased my anxiety or depressive states, increased my sense of purpose, improved my memory and level of productivity and focus. The reasons why I meditate is mostly due to spiritual reasons. Deep Meditation brings you into contact with your soul or spirit and this practice takes many many years.
Over the years it has been a mix of good, bad, sloppy, slothful, blissful, and the like. Diving deep within yourself can be a struggle because of the tendencies of the mind. Luckily through the help of a guide and constant daily practice, the practice of going inwards gets easier. My teacher said the only high road to concentration is to “concentrate, concentrate, and concentrate”. .
The other reasons of me meditating is mental or physical. It has helped me be more mindful, productive, and happy. I thank Meditation 🧘🏾♂️ !

9 years VEGAN! NO PROTEIN POWDER! 💪🏽💪🏽
🤜I allowed fitness to change my mind for the better and my body decided to follow along! .
Even if I have been vegan 9 years and never used protein powder.. consistency pays off.
haven't posted anything fitness on my actual IG feed sinnce December 2017.
LOL WHO AM I ANYMORE?!.
But being honest with myself (and with instagram world) I stopped posting fitness videos, booty "pump" pictures, any type of progress/gym pics because I realized that the reason I ever posted anything was for external validation.
I was super self-conscious in the past, and ironically a few years back "instagram fitness" and bodybuilding competitions weren't as trendy as they are today. Anytime I'd post fitness stuff I would literally get flooded with likes, "you're goals" & "motivation" comments, new followers, and DM's of people praising my body (at the time), or asking me to train them.
To be honest that shit would boost my ego and at the same time it would make me feel like shit because behind my phone screen I was honestly dealing with a lot of body image issues, a lot of disordered eating, and a lot of anxiety about the way I felt my body "should" look. I honestly felt like a huge hypocrite portraying this whole "dreams don't work unless you do" fitness bullcrap, when in reality I was mentally not healthy or happy.
It took a while but I finally realized that I would post fitness pictures and videos of myself because I knew that the amount of social media praise I'd get from them would make me feel better about myself... temporarily. I'd convince myself that I posted half of the shit I did to "motivate & inspire others" or to keep myself accountable, but in all honesty I was just look for external validation from my peers and strangers on the gram.
It took literally YEARS for me to realize this, and not posting anything fitness related mentally helped me SO much. I still love fitness, I still LOVE THE GYM, and I'm really happy that I don't rely on external validation to make me feel like the magical human being that I am. It's so liberating and empowering for me to even realize all of this.

PRODUCE WASH! 🍓🍇🍅🥬🥕🥦🍎 If you’re running your produce through water, you’re not doing ANYTHING.
You and your family are eating all of the dirt, residue, wax, germs sitting on it.
I wish I could tell you that produce is safe to just eat like that but it’s not.
If you shop at markets, most places add a layer of petroleum based wax (some use beeswax 🐝). Rinsing your apple through water won’t remove it. Even organic fruit may have it. It’s just organic wax. But what does that even mean? 🤷🏻♀️ If your fruit is shiny, it contains wax. I would recommend to shop fruit with out it. And if you do, grab yourself a bottle of lemon oil and on guard hand wash.
Both of these bad boys will remove the wax and fight salmonella. And if you watch the news, that’s why produce gets recalled. (How we get salmonella on produce is another topic for another day)
So when you get home from food shopping grab yourself a big bowl. Throw 8-10 drops of lemon oil + 2 pumps of OnGuard Handwash. Let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes and then rinse with water.
For fruits like apples, plums and peaches grab a towel and wipe dry. Berries are good to go just like that. I would just recommend for raspberries to be soaked in less time. If they are in there too long they will break down a bit. Mushy raspberries don’t taste that good lol.
Did you know that store bought produce wash already contain essential oils? Check the ingredients. But my gripe about them is that they are not pure/high quality essential oils.

Friends in California who are staying indoors due to poor quality of air, you can control and improve the quality in your home naturally. "The fine particles in air pollution cause inflammation in your body… especially in your lungs and liver. They’re also known carcinogens. A study published in the journal Environmental Chemistry Letters revealed that compounds in certain essential oils can reduce the inflammation caused by breathing in these fine particles.
These compounds, known as phenylpropanoids, act as antioxidants and have amazing anti-inflammatory powers. Researchers put these powers to the test by applying them to liver and lung cells damaged by fine particle air pollutants. They found that these compounds lowered levels of two pro-inflammatory cytokines (proteins your body releases when it’s inflamed) by 87 percent and 96 percent.
This is a pretty monumental discovery. Especially since it’s the first time scientists have found evidence that compounds in natural essential oils can counteract inflammation from polluted air. The compounds researchers tested were:
Transanethole (found in anise and fennel oil)
Estragole (found in basil oil)
Eugenol (found in clove bud oil)
Isoeugenol (found in ylang ylang oil)
Other oils that can help purify and cleanse the air are
Lemon, OnGuard, Purify and Melaleuca.

THE DIFFERENCE WITH ROLLERBALLS
I am always down to save you a buck, find you the best resources and tell you what works best.
The issue with rollerballs is that they are not consistent. Some will leak, some won’t, some will pour too much oil, some won’t give me anything.
Though you can find like a 24 pack of rollerballs from amazon for dirt cheap, I have issues with them all the time.

An easy way to reduce toxicity and chemicals in your home is by saying bye 👋 to candles and plug ins. A quick google search will help you realize how bad those are to the respiratory system.
