Tofu Pad Thai Zoodles 🥢
This involved throwing ingredients into a pan, sometimes I put the measuring spoons away and just create. .
I first sautéed extra firm tofu in a pan with a little vegetable broth and sesame oil. Then I added in vegetables. To make the sauce I used peanut butter, tamari, maple syrup, fresh garlic and ginger, sesame oil, and siracha. I also added finely chopped chilli peppers for extra 🔥. Make sure to add in the zoodles at the very last minute so they don’t lose moisture and become soggy. This meal is so easy and fresh!!!

Today I woke up craving some sweets, so I prepared myself this gorgeous, tasty and filling yumminess.
Four delicious combinations:
-Peanut butter and raspberries
-Coconut butter and chocolate
-Yogurt and walnuts
-Walnut cream cheese and figs

Killer booty workout....been learning a lot lately in terms of exercises and specifically which muscles they target. One crazy thing i learned was that squats hardly target the glutes. They are a leg dominant exercise, which i knew, but was always led to believe my booty was being worked as well. MYTH. If you are looking to work the booty give these a try. When we think about the dairy industry, our minds usually jump to cows. We have seen and read about how cows on dairy farms are forcibly impregnated and have their babies torn from them moments after their birth, are left to languish without veterinary care, and are eventually sent to slaughter.

Like cows, goats produce milk for their own babies.❗️The only reason animals produce milk is to feed the baby they just gave birth to❗️When you consume milk, cream, butter, yogurt, and cheese you are contributing, supporting, and funding mothers and babies being separated. No matter where you get your milk from, even if it's on a small farm where the goats have plenty of room to roam and seemingly look like they're enjoying their life, that milk was for their babies, not for you. There's no way around it. Humans are the ONLY animals who steal and drink the milk of other animals.

It's Hump Dayyyy! Let's eat cookies!! ⠀⠀
These peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chips cookies are made with oats and homemade oat flour making them naturally gluten-free. They’re also sweetened naturally with banana and pure maple syrup for a refined sugar-free treat you can feel good about. They're great for the kiddos too.
1 banana (120 g), mashed
1/2 cup (125 g) peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/4 cup (125 g) rolled oats, blended into fine oat flour
1 1/2 cup (150 g) rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup (95 g) dairy-free chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Create 14 cookies shapes and place on a parchment paper or silicone mat lined baking sheet, or just use a little non-stick cooking spray. The dough will be a bit wet and sticky but that’s what you want.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool before before handling.
These can be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature, in the fridge or they can frozen.
