Today I discuss how to enjoy this holiday without over-indulging and causing ourselves to have a food hangover the day after.

Late dinner: sweet potatoes, coconut milk, onions, red cabbage, green bell pepper, avocado, baby chard, baby kale and spinach, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, virgin olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, spices.

We headed to @vedgephiladelphia last week for my wife’s #birthday and had a glorious experience! The kitchen was #onpoint every dish was fantastic. But for me the standout dish was a newer addition to the menu. This applewood smoked tofu! A masterful plate of food! The service was also exceptional. Thanks for a great time out!

Went to the @blacksheepbagelcafe today for lunch with some old friends, and hands down the best avocado toast I’ve ever eaten.
I’m SO excited to spend a few days relaxing with friends and family before finishing out the semester. Hope everyone is getting a couple days to rest this week!
Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie 🥧
Raw, Vegan pumpkin pie made with real pumpkin and topped with coconut whipped cream. Makes 1 x 4" pumpkin pie.
Pumpkins are actually quite healthy for you! Here are 4 surprising health benefits of pumpkins:
1. Rich in fiber, making you feel fuller longer aiding in weight loss.
2. Contains high amount of beta-carotene which is converted to Vitamin A in the body increasing sharper vision.

⦁ 4 dates soaked and pitted ⦁ 1/4 cup raw almonds ⦁ 1/4 cup gluten-free rolled oats ⦁ 2 tablespoons shredded coconut ⦁ 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil ⦁ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ⦁ dash of salt
⦁ 1 cup pumpkin ⦁ 5 dates soaked ⦁ 1/2 ripe banana ⦁ 1/4 cup almond milk ⦁ 1 tablespoon coconut butter ⦁ 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice ⦁ 1/2 teaspoon ground clove ⦁ dash of salt
1. Process dates, almonds, oats, coconut oil, salt and cinnamon in the food processor with an S Blade and process until combined, forming a dough.
2. Add shredded coconut to the food processor at the last few seconds until combined.
3. Line the bottom of a 4" spring form pan with parchment paper or saran wrap.
4. Firmly press dough into the pan forming a deep dish crust covering the entire pan.
5. Place the spring form pan in the freezer to set while making the filling.
1. Peel pumpkin with a sharp knife, cut in four squares, remove innards and seeds with a spoon, and cut into cubes.
2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Remove crust from freezer and fill crust with pumpkin pie filling.
4. Serve right away for place back in freezer for 15 min. to set.
The pumpkin filling recipe makes enough for 2 servings so you may want to double the crust recipe. You can also add the extra filling to smoothies, overnight oats or chia pudding! Yum!

Call me Flor. 😊 I choose this name for myself. I came to the Earth in 1989 and always felt old and tired. I was fighting with a ton of fear and belief system all my life.
I've been suffering from deep self-hating for a very long time, what was covered very well from outside. I shamed my body.
It was only one way, that I could relax and take on myself if I drank alcohol.😖 A huge amount of alcohol. Because of this, I became unconscious.😑 The next day, I felt a terrible guilty each time. I wanted to destroy myself. I read esoteric books, I went to the gurus, the courses but I suffered.
Then I made a conscious decision and put an end to everything.‼️ I let go everyone who was in my environment and all things and I started to focus inside. I let all the people, all the gurus, all the books and videos of. And then I found a meditation, what I listened and I was able to relax and meditate for the first time in my life. I started making decisions independently, discovering myself. I started to let go all my limitations and fears. I started to listen to my intuition.🦄 I called my inner child, I opened my heart.👧 And for the first time, I felt to love My Being. ♥️I don't know how to describe human words to you, It was a huge relief. This is a process that still doesn't end. But I've changed and healed myself. All my life I knew that I would like to care with the healing of the Human Soul and through my own change I would like to show you this. I'll call you on a journey if you feel the call.🌈 I'm Flor. I am who I am. I love this Earth and I love Humans.🌏♥️😇
