💕💞CHOCOLATE PUDDING 💞💕😍#vegan for when you're craving 🍫 SOOOOO DELIC!! 🐒🐒 I usually prefer vanilla over 🍫 however I was wanting something chocolatey today so I blended 1/4 black beans, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup VANILLA rice drink, 2 tbsp cacao SWIPE FOR Pic 2 tbsp CHIA seeds & 2 tbsp buckwheat flour and topped with KIWI 💚💚💚very mmmm chocolatey, however unsweetened so the fresh KIWI gave it much sweetness. HEALTHY AND DELIC 🙌HAPPY MONDAY DEAR FRIENDS 🙌🌱💚🍫😘😘oh and you don't taste any of the bean or avocado flavor 🙌👏👏👏you just taste cacao. For a creamier mousse type texture I think it could be done with chilled coconut "milk" the cream part 😋😋

With ☕🙌oh and it was sunny 🌞🌞with ☔☔on the way to the supermarket. I saw a gorgeous 🌈it made me sooooooo happy!!! When I tried to take a picture my memory was full, so I just enjoyed the beautiful sight in peace. It was amazing!! 😍💞🌈today is a day of gathering positive thoughts, recreating what I want and listening to the Abraham material that's channeled through Esther. They are hilarious I laugh all the time. My fav book from way back is the vortex. I also love knowing that what I am is perfect. Sometimes I feel constricted by cultural norms, but it's refreshing and I feel so grateful to have traveled some and grown up in a different culture. It makes what is right, right way to live open ended, there are so many ways 🙌👏👏👏 as my neighbors put their laundry outside to dry, my dryer is busy drying mine 😍🙌 the German phrase that is prevelent here "mann kann nicht alles haben" translation you can't have everything, is being replaced with you can have everything you want. Growing up my Avó would do cupping on us when our back hurt or we were getting sick. She'd come out her little set and light her jars on fire and do my back. Unfortunately she has passed and i hurt my back. I couldn't call my beloved Avó to help but thankfully @relaxationworks does cupping. I saw Julie who was as sweet as can be. My back was so thankful when she finished...felt like i could move again. Old world treatments are still my go to. (Caution the next photo is a bit revealing but it shows my back after the amazing bodywork and cupping that help me feel better)

People always say that “homemade food just tastes better,” well I think it’s pretty common knowledge that if you were to buy the same ingredients and rush through making that meal, it wouldn’t taste as good as if someone you love made it for you ♥️ (think about the environment in which fast food is made—it may be good, but it was made with stress and frustration, or apathy at best). x
We all get Vitamin L in different ways, though there is one way we can all get it that relates directly to food—a home cooked meal. 🍲 One of the best ways to give, or receive Vitamin L is to either cook a meal for a loved one, or ask them to cook a meal for you! Chances are there is a feeling you’ll get as you eat that meal. There is something about providing nourishment to the ones we love, in a way that shows how much we truly care, that can truly transform lives and relationships.
We are healed through love, we are transformed through love, and we become the best versions of ourselves when we feel loved and appreciated. So ask yourself, are you deficient in Vitamin L?

These last two weeks were filled with new opportunities and exciting changes and I'm so happy I don't let anxiety keep me from experiencing these things anymore.
Of course I'm still scared, I still cry (A LOT) but at the end of the day what matters is that I get out there and try and bring positivity into this already dark world. Let's all be a light in someones (including ourselves) day and overcome our fears and mental issues that hold us back.
This homemade pesto was amazing, and made with no oil too.

I know you can't really see what I had with it as the pesto is such a vibrant colour, but I had the @icelandfoods No Chick Strips, mushrooms, broccoli and spring onions, and then had it all alongside rice 💚
I was birthed for meat; bred to gain as much weight as possible, as fast as possible
In the poultry industry I will be slaughtered between 4 & 14 weeks of age.
Just 90 years ago it took me 120 days to reach “slaughter-weight”
Now, thanks to selective breeding and feeding processes I will grow the same amount (or more) in just 30 days
As you can imagine this rapid growth is painful and unnatural.
My organs aren’t designed to handle such fast weight gain so my heart could fail.
The larger breasts I’m growing throw off my centre of gravity, placing excess stress on my hips and legs. Walking is painful and slow.
After spending my short life gorging on food, packed in with hundreds of chickens just like me, I’ll be caught, packed into a crate, and transported for slaughter. This process is extremely stressful, even compared to the 35-49 days I’ve spent alive.
I’m still a baby, but this is where my existence will end.
50 billion chickens just like me will be born, raised, and slaughtered for meat this year.
And next year.
But you can do something today to change the future. Choose plants instead of nuggets. Vote for a more compassionate food system every day, three times a day, with your dollars.

“WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T LIKE SALAD???” 🥗🥗
It’s no secret that greens are especially important for us to have in our diet. It’s also no secret that most of us (including me 🙋🏼♀️), don’t get enough of them.
It goes unsaid that the best way to get a bunch of greens in at once is a big, hearty greens-based salad. 🥗 But, there are other ways to get the same micronutrients in more pleasurable forms.
That’s right, green juices or smoothies.
Green juices are a great way to get some extra micronutrients into your diet, though I wouldn’t let them be the only way you “get your greens in.” And I promise, they don’t all taste like 💩 you just have to find your brand lol. My current favorite is @organifi 💚 they have a green juice powder that is super taste-y and mess-free (no juicing required—which is my favorite part)!
Don’t fret if you don’t find a green juice either, because that means smoothies are going to be your way to go. Sneaking some extra greens into your favorite smoothie recipe is the EASIEST way to eat more greens—mostly because you usually can’t taste the difference. My favorite smoothie still tastes like vanilla cake 🍰 , even though there’s at least a cup of greens in it! 🤭
With some creativity, it’s super easy to integrate more micronutrients into our diets! Greens have wonderful benefits that it would be a shame for us to miss out on: calcium (strong bones), chlorophyll (detoxification), beta-carotene (healthy skin), magnesium (stress relief), and so so much more!! ✨
