Went to @ahhyaywellnesscafe a couple days ago and got this Beefless Chili!! It’s packed full of Chickpeas, beans,lentils and veggies!! Most of all it’s packed full of deliciousness!! If you haven’t had a chance to check out this place, you need to get your butt in there. Most of their food is plantbased and you can ask for gluten free options. They have an amazing array of treats, drinks, smoothies, mains and salads!! The staff is so helpful with any questions you may have and truly want to see you enjoying your food and the overall experience. It really is a beautiful place!! Split Pea and Potato Curry over Basmati Rice 🍚 high protein, basic ingredients and ridiculously good! Sauté onion, garlic, and your favourite spices (I used ginger, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, curry powder and garam masala) in any oil of your choosing then add some veggie broth, tomato paste, split peas and potatoes and bring to boil. After this, lower the heat add a non-dairy milk (coconut milk is suggested) and let cook (covered) until the split peas and potatoes are soft. Make sure to stir occasionally. .

TO DO-LIST. You have one? Many of us have one. Many of us have two. Many of us have ten. .

To-do-lists most often consist of:
🔸Things you must do. 🔸Things you don't want to do, but have to do. 🔸Things you need to get done within a few days. 🔸Things you need to get done for others(!?). Including things you need to remember for others. 🔸Things you should be doing.
🔸 Things you should do more of.
🔸 Things you have procrastinated for a long time.

How often do you accomplish all the things on your to-do-list? If you're anything like me, you are really optimistic when writing all the things down. Halfway through the day, you see you're not going to make it. You're not even halfway there. If you are lucky you can check off two, maybe three things in the end of the day.

Now, really - how does that make you feel? Seeing that list of one million things and you've checked off only two? Well, if you ask me - that must be the best recipe for feeling like a failure. Next thing you know you're beating yourself up and blame yourself for everything you should've done.

You had the best intention; you just wanted to feel good about all the things you accomplished - but ended up feeling miserable. . .
Don't get me wrong: To-do-lists are great - I love them. And trust me, I have a lot of them!! But when it comes down to to-do-lists on a daily basis, make sure you set yourself up for success. And how do you do that? 
Put ONLY THREE THINGS on your daily to-do-list. NO more than THREE THINGS.  Three is enough! Because you need to ensure that you accomplish them. When you accomplish them, you feel good. And that's actually what we're all striving for.

Remember, don't get tempted to write down more than three. It will literally screw you up in the long run. If you manage to get more done, great! But don't expand your list. Just continue to do your three things. Day in, day out. You can do that. Three things a day. You'll actually experience to get a lot more done than you have ever done and on top of that - you get a lot happier too.

I LOVE #echinacea . I am always drawn to them. The roots are a powerful immune tonic however harvesting the roots will kill the flower so best to leave these plants alone :D #respect #nature

I was never much of a sandwich eater and even less when I made the switch to a vegan diet. However,  once in a while I'm all in hehehe.
I used sprouted bread and stuffed it with marinated tofu, plantbased Havarti cheese, tomatoes, chives and fresh Rosemary from the garden. #bonappétit .
