Bár nyáron a szezonális édességeké a főszerep, egy szelet tonkahabos csokitortára ilyenkor sem tudunk nemet mondani ❤️ // In summer the seasonal sweets have the main role, but we can never say no to a chocolate cake with #tonkabean ❤️
Another one of my all time faves! @hotforfood ‘s amazing green bean casserole. You could feed this to any non-veg and they wouldn’t know it’s 100% plant-based! I don’t know why I’m so nostalgic for autumn dishes. Maybe because school is starting? Whatever the reason, bring on the pumpkin spice and apple crumble! #vegan#vegansofig#thanksgiving#plantbasedcomfortfood#cozy

If you’re a fan of our all #natural Liquid soaps then you would have noticed two things 👇🏼 .
1. The consistency of our Liquid Soap is very thin & 2. A little goes a long way 🙌🏼 One pump (or half as some of you say) provides MORE than enough soapy, creamy & velvety goodness for your skin to soak up & enjoy 🌿
another day, another muesli bowl topped with colorful fruit 😋
pushed myself to meditate and decided to go the whole way by taking a moment to eat this bowl with no distractions at all (like my daily morning Mad Men) and honestly... I realized that 🍒 are the BEST fruit to have with oatmeal because they are SO full of flavor and literally burst in your mouth, and the combo of pb + 🍌+ 🍒 is amazing 😍
I thought that I used to mindfully eat everyday because I ate slow and enjoyed my food, but I didn’t know how much different it could be with no distractions at all! Like I probably only realized 60% of the taste explosions I was having. I encourage you to give mindful eating a try too and get all 💯
in my bowl — @dorsetcereals muesli + homemade almond milk + 🍌 + 🍓 + 🍒 + rapsberries + @mrpeanutofficial pb 📍Dubai
Personal Health insight... 🌱The significance of this pic is kinda big for me... it was taken when I had just completed a 6 month detox and had reversed my auto immune disease. Nearly 2 years and a pregnancy later.. I just re checked my thyroid and auto immune anti bodies - again all came back completely normal! 🙏🏽 The fear in checking these results is beginning to become much less, I now know my body and I trust the way I nourish it. Healing my disease wasn’t rocket science, it was simply going back to the raw roots of how to eat and cutting out the crap! For 3 years I had Graves’ Disease and initially went down the medical path. I took the meds prescribed and I worked with a top specialist in Auckland.. After nothing worked, I was told by many doctors that it wasn’t possible to reverse my disease. I was strongly recommended to receive radioactive iodine therapy and then take medication for the rest of my life to replace the function of my thyroid. I didn’t listen to that advice though. It just didn’t make sense to destroy the symptom and not correct the underlying cause of the problem..? So instead I went completely plant based, I cut out all chemicals from my life and then began my detox - eating raw fruits and vegetables for 6 months along with taking powerful herbs to help cleanse my body. Some would say it was the harder route, some even believe it’s all complete rubbish to heal the body this way or to even nourish the body this way.... but I don’t think so. And you know what, I didn’t want to fear that disease anymore and I wanted to give my body the best chance of not getting another one. 🌿🌿🌿🌿 Raw and Free begun just before I detoxed and is now an epic community of all you inspiring people! If I could give you one piece of advice right now.. 👉🏽 I would say... don’t wait until it’s to late guys! Give your body the nourishment it needs to not only survive, but to thrive! Start small... 👊🏽 And I’m here to help if ya need.. 😘 I got chu!
Ps.. my boys are total legends and totally went through this crazy journey of health with me! Mad respect for them! 👆🏽 @milo4debarrel @eli.eleven ❤️

Last night we had the opportunity to watch @dominionmovement. It was the hardest watch I’ve experienced in some time- I’ve frequently stated that I don’t need to see anymore animal agriculture footage, I don’t need convincing anymore that being vegan is ethically, morally and absolutely the only choice for me.
But, despite the terrifyingly horrific footage and the very real emotion that came with that- it was affirmation again that just being vegan alone is not enough.
It’s not enough just to stop consuming, wearing and using animals for myself.
But that I also have a responsibility to share this with any and everybody I can and am able. For all of those that I care about, love and am fortunate enough to meet- I can’t encourage you enough to watch this, to watch
To really make the connection between what we’ve always known and the actual reality of what’s happening.
Happy Sunday everyone! Who else likes planning out their meals for the week so their shopping is cheaper and less waste is accumulated? It’s a great tip if you’re starting to eat more plant based meals. Write down your recipes for the week, shop for just those ingredients (pro tip: look in your cupboard and fridge and come up with recipes based on items that need eating!) and then you don’t have to think about what you’re making and eating, all the while saving spending money on extra food that you may not get to eat before it goes bad. Saves time, money and waste! Win win win 😉 What vegan meals are you planning for the week ahead?
Every Friday @plads_n in Copenhagen has a “vegan pizza and bubbles” event. Og course @mettesmil and I had to check it out 🤗 It was pretty good. A lot of waiting time though - But that probably just means they’re busy because a lot of people want VEGAN PIZZA! Awesome 🙌😍
✅ Fix low back pain & shoulder aches (for intermediate training)
These exs target the deep abdominals & muscles surrounding shoulder joint.
Push Up Reverse Curl: Ensure u maintain straight line from ear to ankle. Brace your core and don’t let the low back sag. Keep shoulders away from ears, don’t shrug, don’t round upper back. Perform only half the range if you feel you are losing the form. With good posture, u’ll be activating the intrinsic core muscles that supports the cervical spine n shoulder girdle.
Good for correcting upper crossed syndrome. And especially for people with overactive (super huge) chest muscles that pulls their shoulders forward too much, causing neck strain and giving you headaches.
Activate short foot to drive activation to deep core muscles.
everyday I have a little more apprication for this little house my mind resides in. it has suffered more than any body should but it keeps fighting and getting stronger every day. it is the tough outer shell that houses my fragile mind and I am grateful to call it my home 🙏🏻✨
You guys ever have cravings for something sweet but are trying to watch your refined sugar intake? Or have trouble getting enough protein into your diet? These are the answer my friends! These PROTEIN SNICKERS BITES are pretty damn good for being free of refined sugars, flours, & dairy. I’m seriously obsessed. I keep them in the freezer & they taste like little snickers ice cream bites. 🤤 they come together super easy & they’re really versatile so feel free to switch them up/add anything to your liking! ...
I did use some liquid stevia in this recipe. Feel free to use honey, agave, or maple syrup though. Dates could even be a great alternative (just adjust PB amount to be a decent consistency) ...
3 scoops @ancientnutrition chocolate protein
1/4 cup @bobsredmill coconut flour
2 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao powder
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen
6 Tbsp @pbfit.official powdered peanut butter (or real PB)
3 Tbsp regular peanut butter (I ended up using 2 tbsp @artisanaorganics cashew butter and one Pb and really liked it)
Sweetener of choice. Taste the mixture and adjust to liking!
Cashew or almond milk as needed to form sticky dough.
I added in walnut chunks & cacao nobs.
1 @eatingevolved melted chocolate bar
Mix all ingredients together until it forms a sticky dough. Roll into balls and freeze. Once hard, melt chocolate and drizzle or dip each ball. Top with crushed walnuts & a sprinkle of powdered Pb. 💯
My latest OBSESSION... banana bread.. I used to be obsessed with banana bars. The ones with like, cream cheese frosting & butt loads of sugar.. omg 🤤 I’ve been dabbling with banana breads to try & find something that’s sweet enough, satisfying, but also good AF for you. & awwww snaps I finally found it! These banana bread bars are SO good. Especially if you give em a little extra love & heat them up for a solid 30 seconds. That gooey chocolatey heaven comes out & the flood gates have opened 💦 ... and then they’re gone 😂 they’re that bomb 🔥
3 over ripe bananas
3 organic @vitalfarms pasteurized eggs
1/2 cup @artisanaorganics peanut, almond, cashew, or sun butter (I’ve made these with all four & each time they’re amazing)
1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
1/2 cup @bobsredmill hazelnut flour (or more almond flour. I just like the taste this gives)
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp each baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional!)
Pinch of pink sea salt
As many dark @eatingevolved chopped chocolate chips as you’d like! ...
Mix all wet ingredients (including maple syrup & coconut sugar). In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Whisk or sift dry ingredients. Add slowly to wet ingredients & be sure to not overmix. Fold in chocolate chunks. Spray mini loaf pan (or large loaf pan just adjust timing) & bake @ 350 for 15-20 minuets. They always vary. I topped mine with chopped walnuts & cacao nibs for some extra omegas & fiber! 💯
