Mejor tarde que nunca! Les debia esta receta y aqui está. 🍪Galletas de avena 🍫🍌
3/4 taza de avena integral
1/4 taza de harina de avena (simplemente procesar/licuar la avena entera)
1/4 taza chia (molida)
1/2 taza de agua
1 cdta polvo de hornear
1 cda azúcar de coco (reemplazar por el endulzante que quieras y quizas, si eres dulzón o dulzonas necesitaras mas azúcar, a las mias le falto pero quedaron ideales para acompañar con tooping de dulce de mora o mermelada)
2 cdas mantequilla de mani crunchy
2 cdas harina de coco (reemplazar por otra o más harina de avena)
Chocolate 85% cacao
*Encender horno a 180°.
1. Moler el plátano con un tenedor y unirlo con la mantequilla de mani, el azucar y el agua.
2. Luego añadir la avena, harinas, polvo de hornear y chia.
3. Revolver y añadir chips o trozos de chocolate amargo (o el que tengas).
4. Unir hasta conseguir una masa que puedas manipular con las manos (no debe quedar tan seca tampoco)
5. Formar bolitas y disponerlas sobre la bandeja del horno previamente engrasada. Aplastarlas y aplanarlas con un tenedor.
6. Hornear por 20 min aprox o hasta que esten doradas.

I'm sure he's secretly wishing these were real meat burgers but he rarely complains out my meal plans. 🤣 My husband's not 💯 vegan but he has been completely supportive of my decision for our family to be mostly plant based and I am grateful for that.
Meal details- @beyondmeat burger on an ezekial sprouted grain bun topped with @fieldroast Chao cheese, avocado slices, romaine lettuce and ketchup. Along with that we had baked beans and last but definitely not least oven baked sweet potato fries. 😍

It’s so warm in Vancouver right now. I’m not complaining - we’ve stuck it out through the rain! - but it means cooking is the last thing I feel like doing after spending a day in the sun. Hummus and fresh veggies are about all I can manage to make today, which is great because they’re easy and nutritious! It's unreal how easy it is to be vegan today! I swear, in the past 3 or 4 years, vegans have learned sorcery or something because we out here making cheese from nuts and bacon from eggplant. It's wild. 😂 I mean, just look at this wrap! 😍

There are so many cheese, milk & bread options without dairy and they just keep getting tastier. Now when I feel like throwing a wrap together for dinner I don’t have to make everything from scratch. 🙏🏻
