Ieri è stata una giornata davvero difficile sotto tutti i punti di vista, e si è anche scatenato un diluvio universale (inserirò una storia con la mia amica impaurita 😂) ma oggi ho voglia di un raggio di sole che mi faccia sorridere quindi ho preparato un buon caffè, pulisco a fondo la pelle del mio viso con il tonico calm (e ci vuole molta calm infatti 😅), butto via tutti i rimasugli di stress e si riparte. Capita anche a voi quando siete stressate di stare meglio se lavate i capelli o pulite a fondo la pelle? Io ho sempre l'impressione di eliminare energie pesanti e di rigenerarmi 💕 intanto buona giornata e buon lunedì

As soon as those mornings get darker and the sun rise gets later, I feel a massive shift in my mood and energy levels.
We are so connected to the sun and its energy, getting little to no sun time can leave us feeling drained, unmotivated, even if we are usually active and social people.
I’ve started taking a vitamin D3 supplement every night before I go to sleep. It has definitely helped in relieving symptoms.

So I've officially lost everything off my phone.. Thanks so much @apple for creating software that destroys a phone if you get a screen replaced by somebody other than you. Sorry I didn't drag my little guy an hour to get to your store and pay $240 for a screen repair when I could've had somebody else closer do it for less. Thanks for completely shutting my phone down and removing all 10,000 irreplaceable photos and videos that I'll never get back. Thanks for taking away memories that no price can ever repay. Thanks for the 4 hour wait in a shopping centre waiting to be seen (while my little guy screamed and tantrumed), and thanks for ensuring I had to make the hourly trip again because my phone couldn't be repaired until the following day. I'm not usually this negative, but it's been a horrible couple of days trying to resolve this issue, with the worst possible outcome. It feels like a real loss.. And now I have to start again, so here's a smoothie bowl I made today, I was supposed to eat it but just didn't have an appetite. My little guy was probably grateful for that because he ended up having the whole thing 👌🏼 p.s NEVER buying an apple product again #vegan#plantbased#smoothiebowl

A closer look to my vegan Mexican breakfast made with coconut flatbread 😄so I made loads of this bread and stored them in the fridge to pan grill everyday for breakfast 🥞 it’s so delicious, light but filling and low on carbs which I usually never care about but why say no to an amazing low carbs alternative? Palmkool, ook weer zo’n nieuwe ontdekking. Het is familie van de gewone boerenkool en heeft minstens even veel gezondheidsvoordelen; de groente bestrijdt kwaaltjes die gepaard gaan met het verouderen en heeft een ontstekingswerende werking waardoor het super gezond is voor de darmen. Het lijstje gaat nog even door, maar Google hier kopiëren heeft niet veel nut denk ik. Kern van het verhaal: het is lekker & het is gezond. Het wordt veel gebruikt in Toscane, en zo kwam ik op dit stoofpotje; look, ajuin, tomatenblokjes, witte bonen, cavolo nero, selder, oregano, chilivlokken, amandelen en een restje zwarte quinoa. 👌🏼
