I’ve come to the realisation that the more you eat, the happier you are (I sustain a happier mood anyway) so why should we be tricked into eating any less than I want ? Why should we feel guilty for eating when it is the very thing that keeps us ALIVE? Sometimes you might not “need” to snack, but you want to, which is the same as NEEDING TO. The evil little voice in my head that tries to bully me day in day out is not in my best interest 💓💓 also medjool dates and cashew butter actually really are my fave thing to eat (:
