My family loves Christmas! It’s the time of year when we can all come together and have fun! And @crispygreensnacks Crispy Fruits make for great healthy vegan stocking stuffers for us to enjoy! ⭐️
So for this christmas I wanted to do a speacial post showing one of my favorite product that will work amazing as a stocking stuffer!

I have so many great memories of Christmas as a little kid. I remember waking up very excited to go down my stair and see what was left under the tree and in my stocking every christmas morning!
Our stockings were always filled with candy, treats and little toys. But little did we know those candys and treats were not the best for our bodys. I dont blame my parents at all for putting these things in ours stockings because they didn't know any better and so didn’t I.
But now with the knowledge we have we can make better choises as a family!

Picked this up last week from Waitrose as well and popped it in the freezer, finally tried it yesterday. I really thought it would be bland and just alright but I actually LOVE IT!! The sauce is full of flavour and even though it was from frozen, the potatoes cooked well and had taste still in them, gotta love the puff pastry too!!
Growing Roots Corn and Seed Clusters: Maple Bourbon 🍁 🥃 flavor. These taste so amazing 🔥 They aren’t overwhelmingly sweet, but definitely satisfied me!
Nutrition: 4/10 (only because I love the amount of iron in them!)
I found these little guys at a discount grocery store and thought I’d give them a try since I have snacked in a longgggg time. They were well-worth the risk and I love the message and purpose behind the brand. Will be repurchasing! ✅

BOLINHO DE CHUVA
INGREDIENTES - secos
🔸️1 1/2 xíc. de farinha de trigo (ou de arroz) 🔸️1/2 xíc. de açúcar demerara
🔸️1 cs de canela em pó
🔸️1 cs de cravo em pó
🔸️3 cs de fécula de batata (ou amido de milho ou fécula de mandioca, mais conhecida como tapioca)
🔸️1 cs de fermento em pó
🔸️uma pitada de sal
INGREDIENTES - outros
🔸️2 bananas picadas 🔸️3/4 xíc. de leite vegetal ou água
🔸️1 cs de vinagre de maçã
Com o auxílio de um mixer, bata as bananas e o leite vegetal
Misture com os ingredientes secos. Acrescente o fermento em pó e misture delicadamente
Frite em óleo nem muito quente p que não fique cru no meio e nem muito frio. Passe os bolinhos em açúcar com canela e seja mais feliz ainda!
🚩Só misture o fermento quando o oléo estiver quente. Se não o fermento vai começar a agir e a massa vai ficar muito aerada
🚩Fritei os bolinhos pq não tenho problemas com a fritura. Afinal EQUILÍBRIO é fundamental na alimentação! 😉

For everyone who messaged me for the recipe of my favourite super food pudding. This takes just 10 mins and you can have it as a snack or double the serving if you are having it for breakfast.
4 Tbsp coconut yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp of Manuka honey
Pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Blend all these ingredients together and refrigerate it for 30 mins or until it becomes thick
Add in some berries, sliced banana, almond flakes, sunflower seeds or pepitas and dig in!
It’s gluten free and also suitable for vegans.
