Happy Sunday! I had this loaded waffle before heading off to church! Pro tip: double, or even triple the batter, to make extras to freeze! We are doing some yard work after lunch and then heading back to church for youth group! My sister is playing piano for the worship and I'm so proud😭❤.

I used @zane_zupan 's recipe for spiced mocha waffles but adapted it a little! I topped it with @guittardchocolate dark chocolate chips, @smuckersbrand peanut butter, @fishernutsbrand sliced almonds, banana coins, and some unsweetened coconut shavings!

mocha pb energy balls ⚫️
energy balls made with 130g oats, 125g peanut butter, 40g almonds, 70g honey, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp instant coffee, and a pinch of salt. blend all the ingredients in a food processor and shape into balls. (recipe adapted from @deliciouslyella‘s app!)

They taste like regular blueberries, but more tart ☺️ if you eat a bunch in a row and imagine pink lemonade it kinda boggles your taste buds haha 🤪
Black Forrest fruit smoothie bowl 😋
Recipe: ▪️black Forrest fruit frozen mix (blackberries, cherries, blueberries, black currents etc) ▪️almond milk ▪️alpro plain yogurt
1️⃣Blend the above ingredients together. I eyeballed the measurements
2️⃣ Add chia seeds, dates and crushed hazelnuts to the top and you’re done ✅

All it takes to make these is 5 plant based ingredients and a blender (and some ball handling skills). You could obviously make these into bars but I found rolling them spherically strangely satisfying #ocdproblems
As if the runny PB in the recipe wasn’t enough, I got a little creative and rolled a few of the balls in @bulkpowders_uk chocolate peanut flavour protein powder (just for effect). I was well chuffed with how they turned out and totally just spent the last 10 minutes photographing them 📸 #forthegram

WOOWWWW this stuff is amazing! If you've tried the normal almond butter from this brand, this chocolate almond butter does not really taste like it. I was expecting it to taste more like almond butter when I first tried it, but it really doesn't. It tastes like you melted a nice dark chocolate bar and it turned into this delicious, thick, creamy stuff, lol. It's amazing. It's so THICK and tasted exactly like dark chocolate. If you have ever heard of the brand Enjoy Life, that is they type of dark chocolate they use to make this almond butter and it turned out amazing. If you love dark chocolate, you will IMMEDIATELY fall in love with this stuff. The texture is on point as well as the taste. This is basically the healthier version of Nutella as there are only 3 grams of sugar per serving! This jar arrived yesterday and guess what, I'm already 3/4 is the way done with it, and that's not an exaggeration at all! That's how good this stuff is. Please do yourself a favor and buy this if you ever see it. If you are a dark chocolate lover, this is a must!

Raspberry protein balls 🍇
Lately I love eating protein bars. I also like trying new things, so today I made these delicious little snacks 😊
60g peanut flour
25g peanut butter
25g almond butter
40g cookies & cream protein
25g raspberry powder
Put the dates into a blender and mix to a paste. Then add the other ingredients except the raspberry powder. Add so much water till you have a non crumbly non sticky paste.
Split the dough in half and knead the raspberry powder into one of the halves.
Roll out the dough to strips, form into plaits and roll out again.
Cut into pieces and form into balls.
Refrigate till eating 😊
