Grate one small size zucchini. The more zucchini, the more volume. 
Add 1/2 cup rolled @quaker oats and zucchini to a bowl. 
Add 3/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir. 
Microwave for 1 1/2 min.
Remove and stir. If too dry, add 1/4 cup of water.
Microwave for 1 min.
Mix in 1 scoop @arbonne vegan vanilla protein. {You want extra water, because the powder will absorb so much.}

3 pints of blueberries 🌀
2 frozen bananas 🍌 
1 scoop of @vivolife vanilla protein powder 💪 
eyeball 👀 the water 💧
garnish with a handful ✋ of blueberries and flaxseed.

Just want to take a minute and give a s/o to my beautiful and hardworking love. She may hate me for this but I’ve seen this girl grow so much just in the last year and it amazes me everyday. When we first started going to the gym together she hated it (as many females do). She was nervous, embarrassed (which like why? She’s fucking smoking), and just felt out of place. A decently hard core gym is a lot for someone to walk into for the first time. Especially as a female, to have constant eyes on you not only from males but from other females. She still battles with these everyday but I can see and I can sense them getting better and better. She is starting to love herself more; as seen in this picture. The Hailey of a year ago would never post a picture like this but she’s loving the journey and making hella gainz! Don’t wanna toot my own horn but *toot* *toot* the programming of the @veganmeathead along with her hard ass work, she has grown her arms over an inch in the last 6 months alone. Doing all of this while studying all year round to be an LPN. I’m proud of you girl! This is an early or late 4 year anniversary post. (We can’t agree if it was the 13th or 15th). And I just wanna say I love you to death. You’re my best friend and my loving gf. Wouldn’t trade you for a box of Oreo cereal babe😘😘 @haileyklees @haileyklees @haileyklees  send her some love and tell her we need more fitness posts from her!!

Buckwheat spaghetti with "puttanesca" sauce 🍽

This plate is so easy but will leave you really satisfied 😋

I have ditched white pasta since ages now and after removing gluten from my diet, my gut health improved even more.

Best gluten free option so far? Buckwheat pasta 😁

Ingredients for 5 people: - 1 onion
- 20 cherry tomatoes
-500 gr of tomato sauce (no ketchup) 😅
- 1-2 cups of pitted olives
- 1/2 cup of capers -Salt
-Fresh basil
- 400-500 gr buckwheat pasta

Sauce preparation:

1.Heat a medium pan and add the onion finely chopped.
2.Add some water for prevent burning( I watersaute as I try to avoid oils for cooking)
3.Add the cherry tomatoes, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add the tomato sauce, olives, capers, basil and salt and cook covered for 20 minutes on low heat (if you have more time let it cook for longer, more it cooks better will taste)

Maybe because I'm Italian 😅 but pasta is one of the best food ever to enjoy and there is many healthy option free from gluten and other nasties. 😁

Un piatto semplice ma che ti lascerà davvero soddisfatto 😋

Smettendo di mangiare la pasta bianca e dopo aver rimosso il glutine dalla mia dieta, la salute del mio intestino è migliorata ancora di più.

La migliore opzione senza glutine fino ad ora? Pasta di grano saraceno 😁

Ingredienti per 5 persone:
- 1 cipolla
- 20 pomodorini
-500 gr di salsa di pomodoro
- 1-2 tazze di olive snocciolate - 1/2 tazza di capperi
-Sale
-Basilico fresco
- 400-500 gr di pasta al grano saraceno  Preparazione della salsa: 1.Riscaldare una padella media e aggiungere la cipolla tritata finemente. 2.Aggiungere un po 'd'acqua per evitare che bruci (uso l' acqua per evitare gli olii per cucinare)
3.Aggiungere i pomodorini, coprire e lasciare cuocere per 5 minuti.
4. Aggiungere la salsa di pomodoro, le olive, i capperi, il basilico e il sale e cuocere con coperchio per 20 minuti a fuoco lento (se avete più tempo lasciate cuocere più a lungo, più cuoce più viene saporita)

Bombom que meu paizinho ganhou de dia dos pais e eu repito nossa receita aqui, pra vcs nao esquecerem dessa praticidade divina 💖💖💖 uma xícara de biomassa de banana verde, meia xícara do açúcar de sua preferência (massa de tâmaras, mel de bordo, eritritol, melado de cana, demerara, mascavo e por aí vai), 2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó e duas de óleo de coco. Mexe tudo na panela por uns 20 min e deixe esfriar. Depois de frio, fazer bolotinhas e passar no cacau ou como aqui, no amendoim granulado com castanha de caju, ou castanha do pará com nozes. No côco tbm fica absurdo 💖💖💖

I don’t drink protein shakes because I think I need the protein altho it does help with quicker muscle recovery after exercise I have found. 1 scoop Arbonne protein boost
3 scoops Arbonne protein vanilla
1/4 shredded coconut
2 - 3 tbs coconut oil (use 2 and if the mixture is too dry add one more)
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
4 tbs tahini (or organic peanut butter)
350g mixed nuts
2 - 3 tbs raw cacao powder
Blend until sticky, roll into balls and cover in coconut, freeze and ENJOY!!

After trying the delicious Lemon & poppyseed @lennyandlarrys cookie that @oneinamilleane bought me, I was so inspired to create something similar. 🍋 So here is my version of their cookie using the creamy vanilla vegan protein powder from @whitewolfnutrition which compliments the flavour profile of this cookie so nicely! 👅 RECIPE —> Lemon & Poppyseed Protein Cookies

Makes 6-8 cookies 
Ingredients 
Wet:
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon, juiced)
1/3 cup coconut oil, softened
2/3 cup sugar

Dry: 
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein power
lemon zest

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Add the coconut oil, lemon juice and sugar into a bowl. Using an electric beater to cream the ingredients until they are combined
2. In another large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and use your hand to combine the mixture until a dough forms 
4. Chill the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes
5. Roll out the dough into a uniformly thick sheet and cut into you desired shape
6. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden 
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool completely so that they harden

So I have been checking out consumer reviews of both products and probably this is the first product I have come across where the reviews seem to be 100% positive. Which is great. Buttermilk is such an integral part of India as a coolant and a digestive and you can imagine how much dairy people consume in the form of buttermilk. So it becomes important to find sustainable and kind plant-based alternatives, and Nutriva has done it. I sampled the peanut buttermilk and found it extremely appetizing and refreshing.

So it becomes important to find sustainable and kind plant-based alternatives, and Nutriva has done it. I sampled the peanut buttermilk and found it extremely appetizing and refreshing. . My mum who is fondly known for her freestyle innovative stunts in the kitchen suggested let's make Kadhi with the peanut buttermilk. So I followed the simple Kadhi recipe at the SHARAN website (https://sharan-india.org/recipes/vegan-kadhi/) and the result was so so good! . Kadhi is a popular Indian dish, made from yogurt and chickpea flour, and seasoned with condiments such as mustard, cumin, red chilly, asafoetida, bay leaves, cinnamon, fresh ginger and coriander... I added boondi to it. People like to eat kadhi with rice or rotis. . The taste of a well-made Kadhi is pleasantly sour and aromatic. The Nutriva buttermilk lends itself perfectly to Kadhi coz it is already so aromatic and flavorful with some of the very same condiments. This beaut plate has scrambled tofu, sausage, bakon, avo, mushies, wilted spinach, hollandaise, beet ketchup, tomatoes and may as well have been sprinkled in glitter it was so damn prettt. #Melbourneiloveyou

Last night and tonight’s dinner! Yes, vegan omelettes exist, and they taste pretty good, too! Another meal made possible by @orgran_healthandnutrition using the Vegan Easy Egg. I added my own flavour twists to the mixture before frying using fresh shallot, onion and garlic powder, pepper and salt, and a good dose of nutritional yeast. Whisks through perfectly! Then added mushrooms, asparagus, fresh chives and dried shallots on top. I wasn’t a fan of the balsamic flavour in the salad - I don’t think I have liked balsamic since 2010. I’ll leave it out next time!
