Homemade vegan pad thai ✌ the base of the sauce is made with dates! And ya know, I've been thinking. Thinking alot. I know I said massage therapy school.... but y'all my real passion lies within creating food. I want to go to culinary school. Actually gonna do this thing. I'm always thinking about what I'm gonna make the next day in the kitchen. Always making a mess in the kitchen and lovin every minute of it, can't deny that. Food saved me, creating vegan food has helped me stay afloat in some really really tough and trying times. And the southern hospitality thing will never escape this girl either, "lemmmme cook ya a meal babe!" is something that's always on the edge of my lips🌿 ❤
The Vegan Pad Thai and fried rice from Jinda Thai. They have a whole page dedicated to vegan options 😍😍. We went there on Saturday night for my little cousins birthday, and it’s a great place to go if you have a group of Omnis and vegan/veg.
A big plate of vegan Pad Thai! This was so satisfying. The restaurant is run by a macrobiotic-trained chef. The menu states that everything is gluten-free, organic, and, when possible, local, AND that every dish can be converted to vegan. We also had spring rolls and soups, and everything was delicious. So far, it has been very easy to find good vegan food in Sedona.
GRAB N GOOO! So fast, so good @thejuicepharm and @thejuicepharmdowntown !

Managed to get this pic before the rainstorm! 😂🌊 I was craving some comfort food this evening so I made some coconut curry/pad thai rice noodles with loads of green onion (and some sesame seeds I added on a little later) 😊✨
I had a lot of requests for the recipes I used in my meal prep. They are super easy.
Pad Thai .
Layered Zucchini Noodles, Carrots, Cucumbers, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, Crushed Peanuts, canned Chick Peas. .
Then right before I eat it I add my homemade Spicy Peanut Sauce. It is just PB2, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Agave, Water. I just started with 6 Tablespoons of PB2 in the Vitamix and added ingredients until it tasted right. At the very end I threw in about 2 Tablespoons of whole peanuts and pulsed a few times💚.
My Taco Bowls are just layered lightly steamed kale and zucchini, @beyond Fiesty Crumbles, red peppadews, green onions and salsa.

Posted first on my foodie account, which you should check out @puurrkey_eats , this is gluten-free vegan pad thai recommended to me by Kennedddddyyyy to try making after watching @juliensolomita ‘s homemade vegan pad thai recipe vlog ♥️
I didn’t follow his ingredients exactly, but his video showed just how seriously easy making vegan pad thai is right at home! ♥️
I haven’t had pad thai in gosh, MAYBE like 6-7 years!
My boyfriend’s sister had been recommending it for a while now and my craving for it has been ridiculous so we all caved and had pad thai last night 💁🏻♀️
For my boyfriend and I, we had a homemade version (pictured).
I made mine stupid spicy, like this was actual🔥😭
And since this was my first time making pad thai at home, my ingredient ratios were a bit off, but next time I’ll be adding WAY more veggies and tofu, since I didn’t have any tofu this time!
In this one though I added mushrooms, chopped bok choy, red onions, garlic, and lots and lots and lots of chili garlic sauce.
Topped with more chili garlic sauce, green onions, cilantro, and lime. ♥️
I ended up adding a lot more lime to this and mixed greens cause my mouth was on fire eating through this 😂
Finally some tofu on my page ! For dinner I made a Pad Thai-esque meal with @cauldronfoods tofu pieces, udon noodles, garlic, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, lime, peanut butter, birds eye chillis, thai basil leaves and @sriracha_fg. One of my favourite meals to eat, and super quick and easy

Segundo intento de #padthai casero y puedo decir que “progresa adecuadamente” 😂
Lo único que debería recordar para la próxima es que debo asegurarme de tener todos los ingredientes antes de empezar a cocinar 😅
Pad Thai, second try and I can say it goes better every time 👍🏼
Just one thing I should remember the next time is that I should be sure to have all the ingredients before starting to cook 😅
