🔥Am I the first person to create the acronym TAT (Tofu Avocado Tomato)? That'd be kinda cool. Anyways, been a while since I posted a sandwich recipe so here's one you're sure to enjoy. Let's check out the details👇🏼
🥔I sauteed the tofu, but I highly recommend you bake it instead. Gives it much more crispiness and flavor than sauteing. Marinate it in liquid aminos to give it that nice brown look. Everything else is pretty self explanatory, just throw it all in between two pieces of toast. My first time trying vegan mayo, and because I didn't like real mayo as a non vegan, I wasn't too much of a fan of this one.

Avocado - 2g
Calories: about 600

A thing that I always wanted to do was seeing a seal. It was a dream for me. Well, today was the day! 😍
I went to the Seal Rescue Ireland, and I could see how beautiful is their work. They recover and release seal pups, normally injuried, underweight, or orphaned. The seals in the bathtubs are in the nursering area, and the other ones are in pre-releasing area, almost ready to live in the seas. 🌊🌊🌊 The seals can't be touched, or bothered there. Bear in mind that they are wild animals, although they look like sweet dogs. 💖
And look at the plastics...
Most of the plastics that they eat are from fishing. Yes, FISHING. They eat fishing nets which are in the seas and died, or get sick. 😢
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a kombucha fiend. I’ve tried so many flavors and brands at this point, and there’s only been one I didn’t like. The seasonal Pumpkin Spice Kombucha from @sprouts, however, was easily the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you give this a try if you’re into kombucha and you want to be festive 🎃

Muy buenas tardes a todos, como véis últimamente estoy saturada por lo que me veo obligada a subir una foto por día y hoy me gustaría enseñaros esta delicia.

▶️1 zanahoria 🥕
▶️Media cebolla 💦
▶️1 diente de ajo
Antes que nada pondremos en una olla agua a hervir donde le añadiremos la zanahoria, cuando esta empiece a estar tierna añadiremos junto a ella los espaguetis, mientras por otro lado salteamos la cebolla y el ajo. Cuando esté todo listo escurriremos y serviremos, podéis añadir aceite de oliva con orégano, salsa de soja, tomate tritutarado.... Espero que estéis pasando un feliz martes, lleno de objetivos cumplidos, buenas tardes familia 💚

GALLETAS DE AVENA
Delis delis 🍪
Aquí les dejo receta por si se les antoja para estos días
Ingredientes secos :
2 tzas de avena
1 tza de harina multiproposito
1 cdita de bicarbonato
1 cda de polvo para hornear
1 pizca de sal
1 cda de canela
Ingredientes Húmedos :
1/2 tza de aceite de coco
1/4 tza de leche vegetal
1/2 tza de azúcar mascabado
1 cda de vainilla
1/4 tza de coco
1/4 tza de nuez picada
1/4 tza de chispas de chocolate ( opcional ) o
1/4 tza de arándanos secos ( opcional )
Mezclar bien los secos , aparte machacar los plátanos y agregar los húmedos . Verter sobre los secos y agregar los extras .
Horno 180c por 20 minutos o hasta que la orilla empiecen a dorar .
