Lindooo dia pra você terráqueo 🌱👽 Muita gente me pergunta como eu faço meu tofu mexido e a resposta é que não tem uma receita ou um jeito único de fazer! 
O que sempre uso é cúrcuma em pó (açafrão da terra), pimenta preta em pó (pimenta do reino) e sal marinho ou sal negro (tem cheiro e faz lembrar ovo 🍳).
Amasso tudo com um garfo, coloco em uma frigideira untada com oléo de coco e acrescento o que tiver em casa: cebolinha, alho laminado, espinafre, salsinha, tomatinhos, orégano, manjericão, folhas de moringa, uma infinidade de opções 🌿! E por vezes só amasso com um garfo em um prato, tempero e como frio mesmo 😌 já fiz essa “receita” com tofu macio e com tofu firme e deu certo, com ambos ficou gostoso 😋 você só precisa ficar atento com o fogo pra deixar secar bem e seu tofu mexido não ficar molenga 😖 HAHAHA 😂 depois que agreguei o tofu na minha vida nunca mais senti vontade de comer ovos mexidos e além disso o tofu é uma das minhas principais fontes de proteína 🌱✨💕

Cacao & ginger porridge!🥣 This is my go to breakfast for most days of the week. 
It’s real tasty and so easy to make, puts you a step ahead for the day! I eat mine with matcha tea 🍵
-40g of oats, 10g hemp powder, 5g maca powder, 7g cacao powder, 1/4 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of maple syrup and 1 glass of coconut water -combine all ingredients in a pot and heat high until first bubble, then reduce and stir continuously until desired consistency (I tend to add some plant milk to improve the texture) - the serve as you wish! I top mine with banana, peanut butter, chips &sunflower seeds.

Mam postanowienie by trwać w tym jeszcze dłużej. W przyszły weekend upieke coś zdrowego i fit, ale z pewnością nie będę jeść słodyczy z sklepu 🤢 polubiłam tez treningi z hantlami 💪🏻 patentu nie można już kupić, ale Ci co go maja to mogą korzystać caly rok. 数日前に作ったときの写真です。

蕎麦つゆはダシをとった残りの昆布を数枚刻んで舞茸と一緒に茹でるだけ。

水300mlくらいに
甜菜糖 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1
醤油 大さじ3〜4(好みで)

が僕が作ってるレシピ。

今回はほうれん草を最後30秒くらい茹でて、一緒に食べました!

A DELICIOUSLY AMAZING meal!!
featuring @bumblebloom ‘s apple based honey in the tofu marinade❤️
recipe;
24 hours prior;
marinade diced tofu with chinese garlic sauce, @bumblebloom ginger honey, soy sauce, and teriyaki. shake every few hours.
dice veggies, onions and garlic and saute with olive oil until soft.
boil water and soften vermacilli noodles.
bake tofu in oven with remaining marinade at 350 for roughly 30 minutes flipping half way through.
for the stirfry sauce;
i mixed coconut milk, garlic powder, peanut butter, sriracha and teriyaki sauce until nice and salty and spicy.
top with tofu and droooool 👅👅👅

Правило «не есть после шести» или «отдать ужин врагу» не всегда актуально.
Часто отказ от еды вечером - это пустой желудок, плохой сон, испорченное настроение и, в конце-концов, налет на холодильник в 00.00🙈А после - карета превращается в тыкву😂:чувство вины и лишние килограммы.

Но! В крайности впадать не стоит. Ужинать нужно обязательно, но нужно знать, когда и чем.
Время ужина для каждого - индивидуальное. 
Главное условие - ужин должен быть не позднее, чем за 4 часа до сна. То есть, если вы ложитесь спать в 22.00, то ваш ужин должен быть в 18.00, если ближе к полуночи, то поужинать можно и в 20.00. И, также, если вы придерживаетесь интервального голодания 8-16, то ужин должен уложиться в этим рамки.

Ужин непосредственно перед сном чреват тем,  что организм не успеет переварить полученную  пищу. Она начинает бродить в желудке и отравлять организм.

Чем лучше ужинать? 
Ночью наш организм не только отдыхает, но обновляется: восстанавливается кожа, мышцы, растут волосы, ногти. Задача ужина - пополнить резервы аминокислот в  организме.
Поэтому рекомендуется ужин, состоящий из белков и его «друзей» — наземных и листовых овощей.

🔸Белок должен быть легким: 
рыба, яйца (если вы это употребляете), фасоль, чечевица, грибы, конопляное молоко, спирулина (если есть потребность в йоде)
🔸Из овощей на ужин хороши цветная капуста, зеленый салат, болгарский перец, томаты, брокколи, сельдерей, тыква, лук-порей, авокадо, а также огурцы, кабачки и цуккини в сезон.
🔸В идеале половина овощей на ужин должны быть сырыми, вторая половина — приготовленные на пару, в духовке, на гриле.  Овощей должно быть в 2 раза больше белка. Также можно ужинать ферментированными овощами.
🔸Из жиров лучше использовать растительные, либо естественные жиры в самих продуктах питания. 
Тем, кто хочет похудеть полезно на ужин есть капусту — белокочанную, цветную, брокколи и другие виды. Капуста содержит тартроновую кислоту, которая препятствует образованию жира из углеводов.

P.s.: на фото чечевично-капустные котлетки - 50/50, сочные и вкусные. Салат - помидоры, огурцы, перец болгарский, лук, шпинат (заправлен льняным маслом от @fresh_oil_krd ).
