I try to bring my lunch to work as much as possible - a) because it’s healthier and b) because I don’t like using single use containers and cutlery that my work restaurant provide. They’ve finally changed all of their packaging to biodegradable materials including this 100% recyclable cup. This is a great step in the right direction, but I’m still campaigning to be able to bring your own reusable containers! ♻️ Never the less, today I didn’t bring my lunch so it’s curried butternut squash & lentil soup for me 😍🧡
Sweet potato and apple porridge ✨
1/2 a sweet potato, boiled or baked and mashed
1 apple, cubed
50 grams of teff porridge
1tbs of cinnamon
-> bring to the boil and stir until thickened and warm
- 1 tbs of peanut butter
- a good squirt of agave syrup
- a handful of mixed seeds
-> enjoy this bowl of absolute heaven in your mornings 😆❤️
