🌱UNBALANCED V BALANCED VEGAN MEAL BY @davidclearyveganpt .
🍚I see this alot, especially new vegans, vegan does not automatically make it healthy. You still need to consider your nutrition!
🍲On the left is just plain pasta, high in carbs but little else, probably will leave you starving in an hour and will not help with your recovery from training.
🥗On the right is a meal with rice, veg, black beans & tofu. Full of all the macronutrients, packed in mirconutrients, lots of fiber, this will fill you up for hours and give your body what it needs to repair.
🥣Which one looks most like your dinner?
Photos of our @ubereats_uk boxes will never do @paradiseplantbased justice 🌿 but we were hangry and had to eat asap 😅
We had the chickpea omelette with avocado 🥑, spinach, tomatoes 🍅 and a cashew eggy sauce 😍 plus their banana pancakes 🍌🥞 with mango and strawberry 🍓
Paradise Plantbased are in the Vegan London book (and are on the front cover 💁🏼♀️. Head to:
...to pre-order ☺️🙏
What's your favourite dish at this Kensal Rise restaurant? 🥄
I made stuffed mushrooms tonight! I stuffed these giant portobellos with a mix of herbs, ground almonds, hempseeds, breadcrumbs, and @violife_foods Parmesan ! Yum!
Also pictured: roasted Brussels sprouts (a staple) and quinoa pasta with red pesto, chard, spinach, and white beans!
Had a really bad cold last week, my first proper cold in about 2 years. Felt back to myself in around 5 days though. Before I went vegan it would have taken me at least a few weeks to get past any kind of bug/ illness that I had. Just goes to show that veganism really is the best choice. This was a warming bowl nutrient rich veggies/beans/ grains. Quinoa, broccoli, sweet potatoes, black beans and tahini dressing 💚🌱
We’ve been bursting at the seams holding this one in, but as of the Sunday we are releasing our all new speciality Vausages Christmas menu! ☃️🎄👼🏼🎉
This limited edition menu will only be available up until the end of December, so make sure you get down to an event while we’re still serving up the goods 🎁🌭✨
With it being many of you guys’ first vegan Christmases, we wanted to make sure you had some plant-based yumminess to remember it by! We’re sure that these Vausages hotdog style twists on some classic Christmassy dishes will do just the trick 😊⭐️ 🌱🎄💙

Big big love,
This is the result of my meal prep last night - the pasta caponata by @bosh.tv 😍
I had the first serving today and really enjoyed it. It’s pasta with aubergine, cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, celery, parsley and a tomato sauce. I left out a few ingredients for various reasons that I won’t bore you with but it was very yummy!
Repost from @chilled.vegan - Dessert from @fedbywater was a cheesecake😍💗 How beautiful does it look!!😱😢😍Which I shared with my friend as it was pretty expensive at £9! But it was good, tasted like a smoother and thicker yoghurt and had a delicious nut base😲💗😍 If your visiting London or live here it's a must go- such a cool place with amazing vibes!!😎
#vgang who has been to Edinburgh: I'm going for the first time on Thursday!!! anyone have food reccomendations???
This feast from @eattokyoldn was out of this world. 12/10 on price and taste and variety and that teriyaki portabello was INSANE i died. .
tempura veg roll, veg gyoza, and mapotofu was had. and some inaris and agetofu not pictured.
GO. HERE. and also comment where i should eat in edinburgh.
One of the two @gbkburgers vegan offerings the Jack-in-a-bun. The patty itself delivered quite the surprise with its unexpected curry flavour 😲 but despite the jackfruit topping being Korean and a beetroot mayo I did like the combination. And most surprising of all, an 8/10 from the omni husband 👏🏼
If you’re craving Vegan Fried “Chicken” then @templeofseitan is the only place to go 😍🍗 they have changed the game with the quality of their Seitan Chicken Dishes 😋 and no animals were harmed in the process 😊
Would you like to try this? 😍

🍓🍓 IT IS THAT SIMPLE???!?!? 🍓🍓
Im sure you are getting sick of all these Fit pros saying that it is ALWAYS that simple, when there could be exceptions, sometimes.
Wether it is or it isn't, the way I approach helping a new client is always the same. And you can try this too, even if you aren't a client of mine ;)
Firstly, I make sure they are eating the correct amount of energy for thier goal, body size & activity level. And I make sure they have been doing this consistently. -
There is no point jumping the gun to thinking there is something more complex going on, if you can't do the above correctly. -
"But I have tried" - Most will say, but have you really? Have you done it with professional guidance or just decided to pull out my fitness pal on the weekdays and forget about the weekends? OR maybe you only lost 2 lbs over 2 weeks & then told yourself it wasn't working (guess what, it was working- just not as fast as you wanted).
The theory of weight-loss, for most of the population is VERY easy to understand. It is the real life situations that make it harder, the behaviour, the social habits and the will-power (or lack there of). This is why it's important to have someone in your corner, that knows what they are talking about that can hold you accountable. -
So before you jump from diet to diet which all work if you put yourself in a deficit, just find one that suits YOU, that you can enjoy, maintain can easily manage with a small step each day. Repeat * 90% of you will win. -
If, & only after doing the above for 6-8 weeks, you think something else is going on, then start looking into that. Thyroid issues are pretty easy to test for, however gut ones not so much. -
Check my other posts on the gut that I did earlier this week that will help you improve the gut microbiome.
Comment if you would like help.

What are your favourite toppings?!😎
Sorry its been a while since I’ve posted- the boat move has been an adventure to say the least! But, finally all of our T-Shirts are available online! Including this one pictured 😁
This is the final T-Shirt to announce for now, and the one we were asked to create at almost every event we have done as you guys seemed to love our Get of my Tits tote bags! 😆 This Particular T-Shirt is dedicated to all of the dairy cows out there ❤️ They can’t speak, so we will be their voice! 🌱
It took me a lot of time to decide to do a T-Shirt line, as I always recommend to shop secondhand first. But with T-shirts, and other specific garments such as bras and tights, this isn’t always easy or even possible. Picture sweat stains and bubbly fabric after years of use, or simply a lack of the size you need! 🌱
These particular T-Shirts are 100% organic, GOTS certified and carbon neutral. They are also printed with vegan and water based inks (which can safely be put down a drain!!) by a women led business right here in the UK in Scotland @wildandkindstudio who share our values and are just wonderful ladies! 🌱
Creating a T-Shirt range was also a great opportunity to get some bad ass vegan designs out there. Using my tote version of this T-Shirt has certainly helped start some great conversations about the dark side of the dairy industry! 🌱
I’m also very excited to announce we are linking this particular T-Shirt with @jacobsridgeanimalsanctuary ❤️ A beautiful sanctuary who have rescued and take care of over 100 animals in Spain! For every T-Shirt purchased £2 will be donated to them to help take care of all their beautiful animal friends 🌱
We hope you love these T-Shirts as much as us ❤️ P.S we also have this T-Shirt with a yellow flower crown ☺️
of course the weather isn’t as forecasted. welcomed by rain. the only questionable thing about that is me still being surprised by it every time and not having packer accirdinglx 🙈☔️
LLS Cafe, Hampstead •
The exterior of LLS is so understated that you would easily walk past it. However, inside you’ll find a bright and airy room, lined with cheerful and relevant wall art stating their philosophy: ‘Eat no Evil’ 🍏
So it comes as no surprise that their menu champions ‘clean eating’, serving an array of healthy breakfasts, salads, smoothies, juices and cakes 🍰
My mum and I each went for one of their layered salad jars (which were simple, yummy and fresh, although mine could have had a little more substance), and we also shared an açai bowl 🍓
However, a slight issue with the salads is that as they’re pre-prepared, there’s no allowance for any variation from the menu at all 🥗
Also, due to the small size of this Hampstead gem, I’d avoid going with large groups on weekends, as there’s likely to be a long wait for a table 🌟
Overall, I love LLS and visit it regularly, but do think that the all day breakfasts beat the salads (especially the buckwheat pancakes which are exceptional) 💕
Daisy Green Collection, Portman Village •
You can’t not love Daisy Green. The cute and colourful decor is so inviting, and combined with an array of delicious Aussie themed food and drink, it’s a real winner 🌈
I was very happy with my order - the Broccoli & Corn Fritters and the Green Detox Juice were both so fresh and flavoursome 🥦
@jadeesk went for the Coconut Bread French Toast - I’ve ordered this before, and although it is yummy and very unique (with freeze dried raspberries and mango), it is pretty rich, so I’d personally order it to share between the table 🍓
Overall, I absolutely love Daisy Green, and can’t wait to try out it’s dinner menu 💕 @daisygreencollection
We all know that I love food... so of course, it only makes sense to start uploading what I eat out and about, as well as at home 🏠 Hope you enjoy!
Jusu Brothers, Notting Hill •
A super zen oasis in the heart of Notting Hill, @jusubrothers boasts a quirky plant-based menu.
I went for an Açai Bowl which was topped with the most incredible homemade granola 🍓
The ‘Rocher Energy Ball’ was the perfect chocolately afternoon treat 🍫
Although I have to admit I initially ordered it for the insta, the Pink Latte was a really creamy and sweet alternative to the usual latte ☕️
The Marrakesh Express (mint, orange, agave) was nice, although could have been more flavoursome 🍊
Overall, a gorgeous Instagrammable spot for a healthy lunch/brunch which is slightly out of the ordinary 💕 @jusubrothers
