Diffusing these two because kids be cray.
Hope is a blend of melissa, myrrh, juniper, and spruce. I added Northern Lights Black Spruce because you can’t ever have too much spruce.
These are both used for emotional balance because, again, kids be cray.
Y’all may not be too interested in this but thought I would start showing y’all more of my daily life lol. Thought I would load this up early for the farmers market on Saturday while my grand babies aren’t here... normally do this on Friday night in case I need the space for something else during the week/ but did it early this week so we’ll see how that works out. Still have to get supplies this week with the two babies in car seats so hope I have the room. I have my table, 10by10 tent and the 35 pound each set of 4 weights that my husband made for me with my name on them... kinda scratched up now been doing market for a while now. It’s a rule , I have to have the weights to hold tent down in case it gets windy.... also have the pack and play for my youngest grand baby(1) .. but my other two grand babies jump in with him lol to play. There my little team that’s with me at the market unless there momma happens to be off that day. I love having them with me. They are growing up at the farmers market. I call them my farmers market babies. Both the two youngest have been going since they were born. I like them being around that good energy. I’ll also have to load up early on Saturday morning all the meals and micro greens along with anything I may need for my grand babies . Didn’t realize how much went into doing the farmers market until I started doing it myself. I’m a one woman show.. preparing food/ growing micro greens/ and my grand babies.. setting up at market and breaking down when it’s over. Most of us out there are one person doing many jobs for that one day of market. So when you go to your local market know that there’s a lot behind the scenes that you don’t see... support your local farmers market ... buying local is so much better, fresher/ more nutrients... and I feel more love goes into it so better Energy is attached to whatever you buy from someone. #raw#vegan#veganwomen#veganeats#veganlife#healthywomen#healthyvegan#rawfoodie#rawvegan#rawfoodie#rawfooddiet#farmersmarket#buylocal#localfood#microgreens#thrivingonplants#healingenergy#simplelife#simplefood#cleaneating
Trader Joe’s Soy Creamy Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert
I’ve bought this ice cream a couple of times, and each time it always tastes like the outside of a marshmallow to me. It might be just me, but that’s all I ever taste, and what it reminds me of. Don’t get me wrong, it’s honestly not a bad taste, but I’m not that big of a fan of marshmallows in general, unless they’re in s’mores, so this ice cream turned out to not be one of my favorites.
Cherry Chocolate Chip:
The Cherry Chocolate Chip flavor was a lot better than the vanilla. I’m not a big fan of cherry flavored things ‘cause they often end up tasting like maraschino cherries, which I don’t like, but I actually turned out liking this flavor. It was a really nice blend of cherry and chocolate.
If I remember correctly, these ice creams cost around $2-$3; they’re pretty affordable for the amount of ice cream you’re getting. If you’re ever at Trader Joe’s, I’d recommend picking up a carton of the Soy Creamy Cherry Chocolate Chip ice cream.

HEALTH HACK | Prep your fruit infused water recipes in containers at the start of the week & each morning throw it in your water bottle or tumbler on the go! 🍓💧🏃🏻♀️
What is one of your favorite health hacks? We want details!! 🙏🏼
This Mexican Quinoa recipe is perfect for meal prep, makes the house smell like tacos, tastes as good as it looks, and is CHEAP to make. I don't know why, but meal prep has always seemed so daunting to me. For some reason, I was always intimidated by trying to plan my meals that far ahead. Same with budgeting my finances honestly. Just two parts of adulting that have taken me longer to figure out(hey, I'm only 22). But luckily, we grow and learn and change over time... often through many mistakes. I don't know if it's the change of mindset or all the love and effort I've been pouring into myself and my life lately, but I'm finally getting the hang of setting myself up for my definition of success every single day. From something seemingly small like these meals to the bigger stuff, like becoming a budget queen, I feel empowered to invest in myself completely. It's silly, but this picture really captures all those good vibes at once. And I'm pretty damn proud.
(Food isn't just food in my book. It can tell a story, invoke emotion, heal, show love for oneself and others, and nurture a healthy body and mind. I swear I'm not crazy. My passion just gets a little too poetic for most people's tastes).
CAULIFLOWER TOMATO SPINACH CURRY:
1/2 head of cauliflower
3 grape tomatoes
100g of spinach
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
2tbs curry paste of choice (I use massaman curry paste)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Sauté the onion for 10 minutes • add the cauliflower and the tomatoes • when the cauliflower is cooked add the coconut milk, turmeric and curry paste • add spinach and cook until wilted. (for 2 to 3 people. Serve with rice or naan bread)
● endulzante a gusto ( ocupé estevia)
● vainilla y le puse cacao(exquisito😍) .

Oh man it's so hard to be vegan! 😅
Ever said the sentence "oh I would go vegan but I couldn't live with cheese"? Ive heard it many a time. And trust me - I totally get it. I was dairy cheese worshipper for years. And you know what, I'm not perfect and so I'll admit to caving to some cheese over Christmas time in the UK. That doesn't undo all I've done in the last 2 years - I do my best. I picked myself back up and I didn't beat myself up about it - which is so important when you have a long history of disordered eating.
But vegan cheese has come many miles in just the last year! Last year in major supermarkets you could find one or two vegan cheeses... maaaaybe.
Now there are a whole bunch to choose from! @olianafoods , @buteislandfoods 's sheese range, @greenvie_dairyfree range being some of my faves - mix together with some soy or almond milk (unsweetened obvs) and you too can make these super cheesy cauliflower bake!
It was requested as Liam's first dinner home after being away all week. And damnit I missed him so I went all out 🤩
