Do these babies look fluffy to you? They are! BUT they aren't as soft as what I have produced with dairy. How do I make them soft, fluffy and melt in your mouth without a cows breast milk?! Ugh! When will I know the answer to this?! 😔 I'll just keep trying and eating cake... that's all I can do for now 😎

I had fallen off the smoothie train for whatever reason and I’m so stoked to be back on smoothies everyday! It made me feel so much love for myself in seeing this vibrant, colorful blend of the best nutrients Under the sun! Strawberries, peaches, mango, pineapple, blueberries, spinach... (and some chia seeds).
just missing something purple for the full rainbow! Always a good rule of thumb to look at your meal and see how many bold colors you have going on… If not enough color pops, throw in some extra fruits or veggies! Happy munching!
Made peanut butter and dark chocolate vegan truffles for a friend/baby date tomorrow! (I know, plans on a weekday! Crazy! 😬💕) .
I just chucked all the ingredients in really and guessed the amounts because I couldn’t be bothered 😆 but I tasted one to check (obviously had to make sure they were edible) and they are definitely yum yum yum!
I’ll put some sort of vague recipe on my stories later and will have to take a picture of the inside of one tomorrow but for now they’re off limits! 😭❤️

Pre soaked cashews , a little plant based milk , a dash of vanilla essence and a frozen banana. If you prefer that thick clotted cream consistency just add less milk .....
