Making Cashew Milk (or any nut milk) is as quick and easy as drinking it all.
-Trill Vegan Recipe-
1. Soak a 1:1 ratio of unsalted, raw nuts to milk overnight in the fridge in a sealed container. (Here, I did 4 cups of cashews and 4 cups of water)
2. The next day, drain the cashews.
3. Soak 3 pitted dates in the blender with filtered water for at 5-10 minutes. (Cut the dates into strips for a shorter soak)
4. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
5. Add 2 pinches of salt
6. Add drained, soft cashews to the blender. Be sure the total amount of water is a 1:1 ratio for a thick, creamy milk.
7. Blend until smooth and creamy.
8. Strain milk with a mesh strainer or nut bag, and enjoy😄
Table Salt is a blend of different chemicals and actually not found in natural. Its natural alternative is Sea Salt.

Headed to the beach this morning so I wanted to keep breakfast light, but filling with a smoothie bowl!
1/2 c frozen mixed berries
1/2 c frozen dragon fruit
2 tbsp soy isolate
1/4 c almond milk
Blended until smooth and topped with:
1 tbsp pumpkin and flax granola
2 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp sliced almonds

Ich schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit zu dem Thema „Analyse des Ernährungsverhalten von Veganern im Hinblick auf eine optimale Nährstoffversorgung“ und möchte dazu eine Datenerhebung durchführen.
Für die Befragung suche ich 40 freiwillige Teilnehmer (20 Männer und 20 Frauen), die mir ein Ernährungsprotokoll (Zeitaufwand ca. 5 Minuten/Tag) über 3 Tage auszufüllen.
Grundvoraussetzung ist, dass ihr euch seit mindestens einem Jahr vegan ernährt und zwischen 25 bis 51 Jahren alt seid.
Eure Person wird innerhalb der Arbeit nicht erwähnt und eure Daten werden anonymisiert.
Wer Interesse an seiner eigenen Nährstoffanalyse hat und/oder die Arbeit nach Fertigstellung lesen möchte, wird selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit dazu bekommen.
