This absolute beaut is the Oreo pizza from Purezza 😍. Their pizza dough is light & airy and never disappoints, here topped with a hazelnut spread and whole Oreos. I was expecting the hazelnut spread to be rich like Nutella, but it’s way more subtle and has an almost cream-cheesy taste, like cheesecake. All in all 8/10 will definitely be eating again

!!!!! 9 months in !!!!! I eat clean cause I know what all these toxic food specimens do to our bodies. When you know better, you do better! Hello Troops! It has been some considerable time since anyone other than Mrs Major has seen my coquelon so I thought I would get the dust off it and show you all! Isn’t it magnificent? Contained within is a blend of five vegan cheeses, nutritional yeast, lots of white wine, black pepper, garlic, paprika and a generous splash of kirsch. Vegan fondue is absolutely marvellous for these chilly Winter nights and a nice big coquelon will make any evening go with a bang!

Back to dedicating some time to working towards goals - I’ve been slacking in staying motivated to hit up the gym as much as I used to in the summer! London has been busy and whilst I have enjoyed indulging and resting, it’s time to dedicate some time to the goals I want to reach. Mainly because I have actually lost a considerable amount of fitness in the last couple of months and I just don’t feel so great after a killer sesh 😅 but also for the feel-good factor of releasing endorphins and feeling the fittest ever before all my travels in a couple of months (ahhh) 💪🏼
This was taken after a sweaty 7am boxing session with @esquaredfitness_uk at @12x3gym pow pow 🥊 I felt INCREDIBLE after this, so all I’m saying is do it for that post-workout high!!!

How sexy is this Baked Pumpkin Cheesecake?! 😍 I used @rainbowplantlife recipe but swapped the coconut milk & cream cheese for @so_delicious plain coconut yogurt (and used Biscoff cookies instead of ginger snaps for the crust). The yogurt actually helped the cheesecake rise in the oven so that it was nice & fluffy by the time I took it out! 🍰 I’ve tried a lot of different recipes for vegan cheesecake before but this one is by far the tastiest and closest to the cheesecake I enjoyed as a kid. 💛 If you’re still searching for an easy dessert to make tomorrow, I definitely recommend making this one! 💯

One thing this life has taught me: Never take each day for granted... Life is f*cking hard and nothing is guaranteed.
I used to wake up in the morning and have to best intentions. I’d say to myself... “Today’s the day I’m going to get up and start”, as I fell back asleep... then I’d go to work... listen all day to elderly peoples stories of what they wish they would have done with their life. I’d pep talk myself on the way home saying I’d workout when I get home.... and then plop my ass on the couch with my fur babies and watch tv.
Life was passing me by everyday because at that point all that I wanted was the path of least resistance. And then reality finally hit me like a ton of bricks...Life is never going to slow down, your to do list will always be a mile long, and unexpected things good and bad will always happen when you least expect them. We have one life to live...time past is never refundable...be the change for you...live your only life as your best life!
I do this because I can, because there will be a day that I can’t. ❤️

Here I've just cooked up some pasta, broccoli and vegan chicken pieces for a really simple, high calorie/high protein meal! Topped with some pumpkin seeds and sweet chilli sauce - it tastes great👍🌶

Here is a small example of why consistency is so important. Consistency in not only your training, but your diet as well. There is just over 2 months difference in these photos. The first one is from September when I first started with @rfs_247 @ifbbprojayrowe The other 2 are from today. You can see the difference in thickness in my back in just those 2 months. Diet has been on point along with training. .

I will make it to 10kg each side soon enough 😛oh and a quick rule, if you ain’t pulling stupid involuntary faces whilst you workout, you ain’t working hard enough 😉

Spicy Brussel Sprouts w/Quinoa Ⓥ
Hearty meal ready in 15 minutes made with 5 main ingredients. Simply cook quinoa, once done, add spinach and carrot to soften. Stir mango chutney into the quinoa. Add boiled brussel sprouts (season the water to make them spicy).
Nooch on the top.
Black salt, Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Garlic Powder, Curry Powder, Sesame Oil
Quinoa (cooked) 500g
Brussel Sprouts 500g
Geetas Mango Chutney 50ml (tablespoon)
Carrot - Grated 100g
One of the biggest advantages of a #vegan diet is definitely the fact that you can stay lean without tracking macros all the time while traveling. Intuitive eating is not an easy skill to develop but it’s certainly easier the #plantbased way. You will feel more satiated and get way less (hidden) fats into your system if you stick to plant foods. I remember when I used to track calories for beef and chicken, most labeled those meats as low fat or something like 1g of fat per serving when in reality even lean chicken breast or lean beef contains several grams of (unhealthy) fats. My weight loss stagnated even though I was hitting my macros. With lentils & beans you won’t have that problem and it’s cheaper & healthier on top. 🌮
Also in developing countries like Bali, India & Vietnam lots of tourists get food poisoning from meat & dairy all the time, just this year I heard of over 5 cases from nomad friends who were wrecked for more than a week. Personally the only time I got food poisoning was after eating a turkey leg back in 2010 at Sea World, San Diego. 🤢

Pumpkin Pie Oats by @plantbased.traveler 🧡

1 cup steel cut oats
3 cups of water
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
Handful of raisins or cranberries
1-2 ripe pears, chopped
(Makes 2 + servings)
I made these pumpkin pie oats in my instant pot (10 minutes on manual setting) but you can also just add all ingredients to a pot, bring everything to a boil, then let simmer until oats are done. Don’t forget to stir frequently to avoid burning!
I topped mine with some cinnamon maple almond yogurt, figs, a dandy candy plum, pepitas and crunchy pumpkin granola clusters.
Works well with regular oats too! Only add about 2 cups of water though.
