Family is such an important part of life. My siblings have helped shaped the man I am today. They have been there through thick and thin, through the pretty and the ugly. My family believes in me, lifts me up and cheers me on. I know not everyone has the same relationship with family as I do, which makes me even more grateful to have them.

Finally feeling a sense of freedom from all of these crazy food allergies ✨✨✨but now it’s my mission to share what I do best...and that’s finding healthy outlets for people especially people with food-allergies. Not everyone believes in plant-based lifestyles or a vegan diet and that’s okay, there’s no judgment here. I have several people in my life who are not plant-based so I totally get it! Here’s the thing though...when I went plant-based, it changed my life and that’s why I’m so passionate about it. If you’ve ever dealt with food allergies of any kind then you know it can feel so isolating, like you can’t eat out or go anywhere because you are afraid of what might happen if you do. I get it, I’ve been there. Once I started to discover healthy outlets/restaurants/ markets/ shops places all over the world that felt the same way I did, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. It is important that people know, feeling sick all of the time doesn’t have to be a forever thing!! It’s also important to know that you are not alone and there are places you can go that take soooo much pride in what they do and how they prepare their food. That’s where I come in :) I’m so excited and grateful to be here sharing what I love! After all, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” 💚💚💚✨✨✨💚💚💚 tag all of your plant-based warriors!! First you do one hour of kickboxing 🥊 then spin for 45 mins 🚴🏼 and now this! 🤷In vegan heaven! "Return of the Mac" burger made with the Impossible patty 😍 and Animal Kingdom fries. I can't with my self rn 🙈 so good...😢
Onwards and upwards . Set your self a mental goal to achieve in 3 months and set yourself a Physcial goal to achieve in 3 months . Everyday do something to contribute to that goal . Sacrifice the things in life that don't serve your soul , sacrifice things that are limiting you . Cut ties with toxic relationships whether that be with a person , a substance or habit . Focus on YOU. Be the best person you can be . Stay humble , keep queit and and work on your goals . Look back in 3 months time and look at the difference in yourself . Look at yourself in the mirror and be happy that you are you , be proud of what you achieve .
We need to stop letting people , situations and the system hold us back from being the best we can be . Take control of your life and the right people will be attracted to you and the right people will be right there supporting you .

I know you guys prefer to see me robbed of all human dignity, sweaty and bleeding, but it's definitely time for some vegan food love 🍃🥦 (3 F's, remember) 🤣 Didn't expect Portugal to be a hotspot of vegan cuisine, and was proven pretty much totally wrong 😅 Even in the smaller towns in the south, we found plenty of grass and rocks to munch on. A clear sign that the vegan hipster food revolution marches on 😎🤗 What about you guys? Are you already flirting with that sexy avocado or stalk of broccoli? Or still scared that your biceps might shrink from all the salad?

I look forward to our fruit bowls on Saturday mornings. My husband usually goes for pitaya bowls w/ all sorts of delicious toppings. My usual is acai topped w/ more berries.
“But acai bowls have so much sugar!” My response: 🙄🙄🙄.
I’m very particular about where I get my acai bowls. I make sure it’s fully raw, pure, organic & unsweetened. SO MANY places add sweeteners, syrups, & weird stuff to it. Acai is a nutrient- dense superfood filled w/ tons of antioxidants. Why miss out on all of this w/ “fruit fear”? It’s like what @medicalmedium says. Our cells need fruit in order to thrive! Our bodies are all oxidizing & fruits have the power to slow down that oxidation process. EAT YO FRUITS PEOPLE! 🍓🍍🍇🍉🍒🍎🍊
Made a sticky ginger tofu stir fry using @veganricha recipe tonight for dinner and it was absolutely delicious 😍 made from soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, rice wine vinegar, orange juice and a little bit of cornflour and it made a really nice sweet sticky sauce but with a bit of a kick from the fresh ginger and added sriracha! Definitely going to make this combo again and use it for my stir fries as only took about 15 minutes from start to finish and was so good!

Wow.. I lifted weights! 135x4 on bench. It’s nice to remember that Progression is not perfectly linear. The past month I’ve been busy progressing my business and career (talking 70-80 hour work weeks) as well as the responsibilities that come with having a high schooler and a baby going into kinder. It’s nice to know the weights still love me ❤️

made myself a cheeky wee veg stir fry with quorn vegan pieces and sweet and sour sauce. ohh boy it was so yummy; yellow bell pepper, carrot, broccoli and fine beans. am in heaven.

If you oppose fur but take no issue with the slaughter of incomparably greater numbers of animals for any other reason, that's speciesism and hypocrisy. All suffering and exploitation is equally cruel, and equally unnecessary.

The fur humans are wearing comes from animals like her👆. From foxes, rabbits, chinchillas, mink, lynxes, coyotes, raccoons or racoondogs, and even cats and dogs. The animals are either raised on a fur farms (80% of produced fur comes from farms) , in small wire cages with no ability to express their natural behavoirs. Female animals are being bred again and again for maximum profit, which takes a huge toll on their bodies. Fur farming causes tremendous amount of suffering, both mental and physical.
Animals raised on farms are either put in a box and gassed with carbon dioxide (which feels like breathing in fire), beaten to death or analy electrecuted.
If the animals (like lynxes and cayotes) are being caught in the wild, (20%) steel traps are often used. The animals can suffer for days before the trapper returns and either shoot them, or when they don't want to damage the pelts with a bullet hole, the trapper strangle the animals with a steel snare.
🚫To wear fur is a direct, and openly way to support animal cruelty. You show everyone around you, everyone you meet, than one or several animals, was tortured and killed because of your ignorance or vanity.🚫

I am SO excited to be back from vacation & into my routine. Anyone else feel lost without their daily routine? Seriously, 3 days without it and I’m lost lol.
Using this lovely Saturday to relax with my luvvv 💙 and get lots of exercise in! Starting the day with the following 1 hour workout:
- 30 min of cycling intervals (I like to rotate between sitting & standing cycling every minute)
- 15 min an Circuit
- 15 min yoga session
Nuthin better than a Saturday sweat 💦
