Heading to the U.S. until after the chaggim and looking through the menus of places of all the areas I’ll be going to for beach get aways and so jarred that so much of what is offered is seafood (that much makes sense), meat, and junk food like fries and Ice cream. I guess I’ve just been spoiled by the idea of (almost) always having a decent selection of vegan options - from a vegan breakfast, to cauliflower with tehina, hummus, salads, and fresh veggies. I’m waiting for the day when EVERYTHING is vegan - not just a section of the menu. Because that’s the only way we’ll continue to be able to enjoy our beaches, oceans, and lakes anyway (see @cowspiracy ) for some more on that. haven’t posted on here in a while because life has been so0o0o busy and i’m in europe! this is from a cute cafe in wexford, ireland. delicious vegan tomato and mushroom bruschetta toast with a tiny salad on the side. the olive oil on this was heavenly.

Detox didn’t come easy this time. I believe it is all because my mind has been exhausted for a last month. I caught a flu in the end. I have been in my bed for a whole day yesterday. I don’t have any energy today as well. First I was rejecting it as I didn’t want to be sick but then I realised that it also could be a good thing as our body needs to remove all the toxins in order to get stronger. Not a great example of a detox. 😂

Einfach mit Natur-Sojajoghurt verrühren und man hat Mango- oder Beerenjoghurt. So einfach, lecker und gesund! Habt alle einen schönen Tag ☺️

A blueberry, passion fruit and coconut tart from a few months back because I just worked 2 days of my regular office job and I’m too damn exhausted to do anything more energetic than scroll through my camera roll and post a golden oldie. 🙄✌🏼 ANYWAYS. The tart was good, I remember all that delicious creamy coconut yoghurt fondly. 🤙🏼

August has never been my favorite month (heat, crowds, non-stop sweat dripping from my forehead), but with breakfasts like these on a regular basis, it’s growing on me. Chia coconut pudding with cinnamon, honey, fresh figs and baby blackberries.

Had a lovely time in Cumbria for my birthday 🎉 And after a surprise hotel stay we went for breakfast at the @watersidecafekendal -was a delight! The stuffed mushroom on the full breakfast was unreal!😫❤️ Wishing I could have stayed to try more of their menu!

It’s always the right time for nice cream 💎Here I added blueberries, kiwi, an almost rotten peach and a few strawberries to a frozen banana and a splash of soymilk, basically everything that was left in my fridge 😅But it turned out quite good 👍🏾.
Later I will bake a little cake I wanted to make forever because (if everything works out well) it should look quite impressive 😅

We always see faces and bodies that aren’t sweaty in gym photos but my reality is I sweat a ridiculous amount, especially on the treadmill. Some people hardly have to work so a light sweat is fine but for those of us who have to force our bodies into a hard workout be proud of the sweat and stickiness 💚 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Do not believe that to lose weight one must starve. If you are struggling to lose weight, then you are probably treating weight loss as a destructive, self depriving painful process. Stop thinking about it as a punishment and treat it as your salvation from all the things that irritates you about your body, your health, your lack of confidence or the way you see yourself in the mirror. Think of it as a lifestyle change, a battle against your stubborn self and an approach to correct the mistakes you did by not taking care of your body. That is what I constantly tell my clients, and by this state of mind only, one can achieve thy goals. Think of it as a healing process, every medication needs time to heal a disease, and every single step toward your goal will become easier every day, believe me you will enjoy seeing the way you progress.

Yesterday’s lunch was this #veganpizza 🍕 The crust is a whole wheat #libabröd and I topped it with homemade pizza sauce, roasted curry chickpeas, fresh tomato, garlic, spring onion, nutritional yeast and tahini. 😋 It was delicious and I have to make very soon again! Oh, on the bottom I placed some mashed super juicy blackberries and on top homegrown strawberries with micro greens. What’s your secret ingredient for a smoothie? —————————————————————In letzter Zeit steh ich grad wieder sehr auf grüne Smoothies 🌿 Federkohl, Avocado, Banane, Ingwer, Cashew Milch, Limetten, Dattel und Vanille. Die Konsistenz war super cremig und nicht zu süß. Fast vergessen, hab ganz unten noch ein paar zerdrückte, sehr saftige Brombeeren und zum Schluss etwas microgreens und Erdbeeren aus dem Garten. Was ist Eure geheime Zutat bei einem Smoothie?

I have found a way to enjoy celery. I’m so proud of myself 😉😃
I don’t like the taste of celery at all, but I know of its health benefits, so that’s why I don’t give up and keep mixing it with other veggies and fruits. .
And I thought the sweet taste of yellow melon can cover it up. And it did, in fact the blend really tasted so super good. I was so impressed. Absolutely refreshing and energizing. .

Ich bin so froh, diese Kombi ausprobiert zu haben. Ich mag Sellerie nämlich überhaupt nicht, weiß jedoch, wie gesund er ist und daher entsafte ich ihn mit Obst und anderem Gemüse. .
Und richtig, richtig gut schmeckt er mit gelber Wassermelone. Ich war äußerst überrascht, wie gut! .

Vanilla-Waffles: (1) Mix: •75g flour •20g vanilla pudding powder •1 tsp baking powder •1Tbsp Coconut sugar •vanilla (2) Mix: •1 mashed banana •1 tsp apple vinegar •1tbsp almond butter •about 80-100 ml (oat) milk (3) Mix wet and dry •Let the dough rest for 10 min. (5) Fill your mould with batter and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes .

Good morning ☺️ so, I recently bought a crêpe maker for two reasons: the first being that I like crêpes way more than I like pancakes and the second one being that I really wanted to take pictures of my crêpes 🙊 I have to admit I needed some time to get my crêpes right and also to find a way to display them but I'm quite happy with how this pink blueberry crêpe cake turned out 😋

It's #wellnesswednesday. So in this house we have a rule that every Wednesday we taste a new food. This way the kids get excited about new flavours and are more open minded when those flavours come in the form of the green variety. 
Today is the turn of my good old friend Kale. Now my kiddies love their greens they eat broccoli spinach peas asparagus and cabbage by the bucket load however kale has been their pet hate since I can remember. They have had it stewed, in salads, in stir fry, in fried rice and no. But today has been our breakthrough. 
I made a range of smoothies with different levels of kale in them and I can now say I found a way to make them eat kale. The middle smoothie was both their favourite even over the banana and pineapple flavour. Green smoothies daily now 😂 ****So here is the recipes****
Yellow smoothie 
1 banana
1cup of pineapple
1cup of fresh pressed apple juice 
Light green smoothie 
1cup of pineapple 
1/2 packed cup kale 
1cup fresh pressed apple juice 
1small banana 
Dark Green Smoothie

Nếu các bạn thấy bán giá rẻ hơn sẽ không thu được lợi nhuận nhiều vậy thì sao không làm cho món này đặc sắc hơn? Ngay đến cả tương đen cũng không ngon nữa. 
May mà hôm ấy không có quán khác gần chỗ mấy bạn nên mình mới có cơ hội so sánh với quán chị Củ. Bên kia 4k/cuốn rau ngập mặt có cả thịt nữa kìa, tương đen lỏng hơn mà ngon gấp tỉ lần. .

.🇫🇷 Ce matin, l'air est beaucoup plus frais dans ma p'tite campagne, les températures ont bien baissées d'un coup. Alors, je m'éveille avec le soleil et ma p'tite campagne, sous un léger soleil qui fait scintiller la douce rosée, et je m'en vais gambader sur les chemins de ma p'tite campagne pour bien commencer la journée.
Et pour bien la poursuivre, je reprend des forces en rentrant en m'inspirant de la recette du pancakes pizza de @bloodymariie que je refais à ma façon, dans une version végétale 💛

.🤗 Ma part favorite ? purée d'amandes complètes @nu3_fr & figues et toi, plus kiwi ? Abricot ? Myrtilles ? Framboises ? Ou Fraises ? .
.🥞 Alors à mon tour de partager avec vous ma version #vegan #glutenfree , j'espère que vos papilles seront tout aussi heureuses.

.👉Pour 1 pers: 25 g petits flocons d'avoine @celnatofficiel , 25 g son d'avoine ( ou 50 d'un des deux ), 1 chia egg( 1 cas de graine de chia+3 Cas d'eau, on laisse reposer jusqu'a texture gelatineuse ), 50 g de yaourt de coco nature, 50 g de compote de pomme maison SSA, 1/2 cac de levure chimique, 1 pincée de bicarbonate + 1 cas vinaigre de cidre, cannelle en poudre selon goûts, eau gazeuse, 1 cas de poudre d'amandes

.🥞 Mélangez le chia eggs avec la compote et le yaourt. Rajoutez les flocons d'avoine et le son d'avoine petit à petit en mélangeant bien, puis ajouter le reste des ingrédients au fur et à mesure. Ajoutez juste assez d'eau gazeuse pour obtenir une belle pâte lisse et homogène. 
Laissez reposer environ 10 min pour que les flocons s'imprègnent du mélange. 
Faites cuire environ 4-5 min de chaque côté.

Ingredients: 
1)  Handful of brussel sprouts (roughly 1/2 pound) 
2) 1 garlic clove, minced 
3)2  tbsp olive oil 
4) 1  tbsp sherry wine vinegar
5) 1 tbsp sesame oil 
6) 1  tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 
7) salt and pepper to taste

Method:
In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add garlic and Brussels sprouts. Saute for 15 - 20 minutes, allowing to caramelize(if they start to burn or stick to the bottom of the skillet, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to delgaze pan. Be careful not to add too much). When sprouts are brown and tender toss with sherry, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, and add salt/pepper according to taste.

Alright foodies and health conscious people, how often have you been standing in front of the muesli isle and just couldn’t decide what to buy. Not because there is not enough choice, but because no matter how healthy they look, most supermarket muesli have just an enormous amount of sugar. 
And if you add sweetened yogurt, you can end up with up to 8 tea spoons of sugar – JUST FOR BREAKFAST. 
And a lot of us don’t really have time to cook eggs in the morning, so ready to grab muesli is just perfect there. This recipe can be pre-made and used when ever you feel like muesli it or just when you are short in time. 
It can be eaten cold or hot. You can make oats over night, hot porridge or just muesli with other ingredients. There are no limits to your imagination.
