❁ One of my biggest protein intake after removing meat and chicken from my diet is lentils. They are so easy to incorporate into any meal, whether its a salad or rice plate. Having some butternut squash, lentils and rice with fried onion and tahini dressing (not pictured). Happy Monday! ❁
🥬 CREMA DI ZUCCHINE E CAVOLO RICCIO CON CROSTINI DI TEMPEH 🥬
Naturale, sano e bilanciato!
1. Bollire 4 zucchine e 150 g di cavolo riccio.
2. Scolarli e passarli in un robot da cucina insieme alle spezie che più preferite (io ho usato timo, pepe e peperoncino) e, se vi va, anche un goccio di olio a crudo
3. Tagliare a tocchetti e tostare il tempeh sulla piastra sino a che non diventerà bello croccante.
4. Combinare gli ingredienti e gustare!
Ogni tanto anche io utilizzo zuppe già pronte, ma non hanno davvero nulla a che vedere con queste meraviglie autoprodotte in casa! 🍲 Inoltre si risparmiano molti soldini e plastica/imballaggi inutili 💰

Use a sharp knife to score the shells
Soak them in water for 10/15 mins
Put them in a pan and roast them on each side for 5/6 mins

Sautéed Brussels sprouts, kale and tofu. I added some nooch, black salt and a squeeze of lime. Topped with roast cherry tomatoes, avocado and balsamic vinegar. I’ve made a commitment to myself to become a #healthyvegan 🌱🌱
Last year Tesco did a bubble and squeak Christmas roll and I bloody loved it. I was very disappointed that they didn’t bring it back this year. However, @marksandspencer brought out this to make up for it. I really like this no turkey sandwich but could do with more “meat” and less cranberry sauce as it’s fairly sweet but my fav supermarket sandwich so far!
