Feeling super happy with my back progression.
Before I started #crossfit I had no back, no lats no muscle anywhere on my upper body 😂🙈. Before I did CrossFit I couldn't do pull ups I can now do unbroken pull-ups.
For me I test my progress by how I look & feel rather than with a tape measure. Believe it or not I am actually much heavier than I used to be now weighing at 69kg. My heaviest ever !
I will be following on from my GVT training with a strength plan and then adding in some more GVT. This year's training is all focused on getting ready for @tribalclash Portugal 2019. We will be scheduling lots of team training sessions to make sure we work well together and get our syncro movements down to the ground 💪.
Tonight's GVT training plan is front sqauts and bench press 🏋🏼♀️ I will film everything on my Instagram story for you to see what I am up to 💚
Happy national ice cream day!
Even though I forgot it was today, I still made some ice cream for the @atxalive potluck today. I made it with 2 cans of full fat coconut milk, 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt, 3 small bars of 72% twilight @ghirardelli dark chocolate, and organic blue agave.
It came out really good and was all eaten within 10 minutes! I'll have to quadruple the batch for next time. I love homemade nice cream as it's super affordable, easy to make, and only a few ingredients!

I often get asked from meat eaters if I find it hard to eat #vegan when I go out... the answer is NO! Google comes in extremely handy and I always like to search places and look at reviews before I go to them. Knowing that I was going to #Perth last weekend I started looking for places to eat and found @utopiaaustralia in #northbridge . I originally found it on @perthveganeats Facebook page and looked at reviews, I went there the first night I was in Perth and so glad I did it was #delicious ! 🤤 I had the tofu sweet and sour, vege spring rolls, battered mushrooms (not sure if that's the correct name) 🌱and then at Rottnest Island I found a range of vegan bars. Pretty much everywhere you go you're pretty much sure to find something vegan, the hotel we were staying at was even happy to customise their meals into vegan meals for us 😀 #veganeats#plantbased#veganinperth#veganfoodie#crueltyfree#veganfood#veganfoodlovers
Last week we flew back from Bali to Amsterdam. And I have to say it is lovely to be in my own house again! What a bless to cook in our own kitchen 🤩 Here in the Netherlands it is almost just as warm as in Bali, so my boyfriend made this refreshing vegan salad with beets, carrots, dried tomatoes, pine nuts, rocket salad and corn. Yummy!

I (Elin) went to Porto in the north of Portugal last week, which was so beautiful 🌞🇵🇹 We enjoyed some free walking tours, port tastings, a beach trip, sadly saw Portugal get knocked out of the World Cup alongside thousands of Portugal fans... but of course no trip is complete without checking out the local vegan options using @happycow 🧐🧐 -
This was a little gem we found while walking the coastal path in west Porto 😋 It was a health food restaurant called Urbana 🌿 It wasn’t vegan but had plenty of vegan options and was exactly what we were looking for in a tasty, healthy lunch in the sun 😍 This was their cauliflower veggie burger which was simple but delicious - so filling and satisfying without being too rich or greasy 🤤 I just love exploring vegan food in new cities ✨✨
