A Good way of using up very ripe bananas! 😃
오늘도 얻어 걸린 바나나 호두 팬케잌.
오늘 내일하는 바나나를 어떻게든 처리해야했고 며칠간 먹고 싶었던 팬케이크를 만들었다. 그리고 폭신폭신하게 만들고 싶어서 아몬드밀크를 일반 레시피보다 조금 줄였고 베이킹파우더와 베이킹소다를 넣고 레몬즙을 넣어서 안꺼지게 만들었다. 그리고 바나나에는 역시 피넛버터여야 한다!
찬장 구석에 돌아다니는 피넛버터를 시럽으로 만들어서 부어먹으니 세상 존맛이다.

🦖Drink water! Water actually stretches the stomach, which triggers satiety! Sparkling water fills you up even more! Unfortunately this effect is short-lived since water is quickly absorbed and your body is probably like:
„Yo don‘t trick me! I need real nutrients!“ 😂
You can also drink a big glass of water with your meals to make you feel even fuller.
🦋Fiber rich foods slow down the emptying of the stomach and delay the absorption of nutrients, keeping you fuller for longer! For vegans this is the easy part, because most plant-based foods are high in fiber!
🐳Foods high in protein are super key aswell! Protein affects the release of various appetite-regulating hormones such as leptin, increasing the feelings of fullness! Even better, because Lentils, Beans etc are high in protein AND in fiber 🤪 Win-win!
🐢High-intensity aerobic exercise actually affects the release of hunger hormones and can temporarily suppress hunger! This doesn‘t mean you should run into the gym when your stomach is growling, but maybe doin some light exercise at home or in the garden helps.
🐥Honorable mention: caffeine! But not everyone should rely on caffeine to regulate their hunger, so the things above are the better choice!

having this bar as a lil pre lunch snack..as I’ve got a driving lesson but only ate breakfast at like 12 so not really that hungry yet but know I will be starving by the end of my lesson😂☺️ I love these primal pantry protein bars! they contain hemp protein which defo gives them an different taste..but I really like it! I love the espresso flavour the most but It’s the hardest to find😅

This (red pepper, snack tomatoes from lidl and potato) is the top layer of my salad which will be leaves, cucumber, cress, pickled silver skin onions, green lentils and peri peri tahini sauce. I really want to get more creative with my salads as I enjoy salad so so much and there’s so much to explore with flavours, textures and ingredients 🥗
(🇭🇺⬇️) Mushrooms are literally lifesavors. They are so tasty, have such a wonderful texture and are full of sooo many nutrients! They are in fact the only vegan dietary source of vitamin D, and they contain heaps of minerals that you need to be paying attention to on a vegan diet, like selenium, potassium, copper, iron and phosphorous. I just love how versatile they are and I’ll add them to anything, like this buckwheat pasta with shrooms, green peas, lots of fresh parsley, garlic and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.😍
🇭🇺 A gombák egyszerűen életmentők. Annyira finomak, különleges a textúrájuk és tele vannak tápanyagokkal! A gomba a D vitamin egyetlen forrása a vegán étrendben, és rengeteg olyan ásványi anyagot tartalmaz, aminek a bevitelére a vegánoknak oda kell figyelniük, például a szelént, káliumot, rezet, vasat és foszfort. Imádom, hogy a gomba mennyire sok oldalú, és bármihez hozzá tudnám adni, mint például ehhez a hajdina tésztához zöldborsóval, rengeteg friss petrezselyemmel, fokhagymával és egy kevés sörélesztő pehellyel.😍
Homemade, healthy, oven baked falafel 💚
When it came to adding the red onion I realised I didn't have any. Then I remembered the two red onions I'd sliced and pickled in left over roasted red pepper vinegar yesterday, so I added them! They'returned out really well and given the falafel a lovely tang 👍
Two tins of chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry with paper towel
Two red onions, chopped
Two cloves garlic, chopped
Handful of fresh coriander
1tsp dried parsley (would have used fresh if I had it)
2tsp ground coriander
1tsp chilli powder
2tbsp flour (I used buckwheat)
Mix all ingredients in food processor until relatively smooth. Shape and bake on lined sheet at 170 oc for about 40 mins.
