We love having the brand new @aldiusa store at the entrance to our neighborhood. We found this delicious Priano spinach gnocchi and vegetable primavera sauce, plus Earth Grown zesty meatless meatballs. Topped with kale and mushrooms. The perfect meal on a cold, rainy night!

Throwback to a hot and sunny day, sat outside @wickedveganuk, to cheer up this wet and cold day here in the U.K. These Jackfruit wings teamed up with sweet potato fries and sweet chilli were so good! Proper vegan junk food. If in Balham give them a try, they do yummy smoothies too just remember to take your own smoothie sized cup ✌🏼💚
Some of the yumminness from our weekend in Brighton. All bar one avocado salad. Weathersoons breakfast. Vegan burger at the William the Fourth. Finally a lovely Sunday roast at Busby and Wilds. The tofu chips coated in chickpea batter were lovely. Gorgeous nutroast. Almost forgot to mention the ice cream from Gelato Gusto 👍🏼
One of the simplest things you can do is switch out your pantry, SLOWLY otherwise your spouse might go crazy lol . Upgrade your seasonings to organic ones if you can. Toss out that damn Lawrys 🙏🏽. Looking for an #alkalineseasoning then hit up @chefahki her seasoning is 💣💣. My go to seasoning when I'm cooking is definitely SMOKED PAPRIKA #thankmelater hands down a fam favorite in my house. I try to use a lot of fresh herbs as well. For those on the go there are tons of premade #veganeats BUT not all of them are healthy. Don't let a vegan lifestyle fool ya into eating any and everything just because its void of animal products. You still need ro read the lables. If your new plant based food bills are too high try buying less prepackaged foods. Keep in mind the 80/20 rule. 80% Fresh 20% Prepackaged. The less prepackaged the better for your waistline and wallet Aim for 90/10 😉. .

New goal for the week: have a vege FULL lunch everyday ☺️ going to be extra mindful to add in more vegetables to my midday meal this week. Today’s salad was super lovely, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, capsicum, raw broccoli, avocado topped with chickpeas and paprika- nooch sprinkled fried tofu cubes doused in olive oil and white wine vinegar and some salt. I’m no Gordon Ramsay so this is super simple- but nourishing and filling for sure! #vtbhome
Tried making some vegan carbonara with this but it's definitely intended as more of a salad dressing as it's quite vinegary. An unexpected find in any case.

I overestimated myself, first meal other than two pieces of dry toast all day... who knew a flapjack could give you food poisoning!? 🤮 I managed my homemade taters, mainly because I'm not wasting that much effort 😅 some veg and half my Linda's pie... 💔 The puppers are grateful 🐶🐶🐶
