Don’t get me wrong: I love green juice and salads.
But when life presents me with the option of having a pink #vegan cupcake with a heart shaped chocolate covered pretzel and an edible flower, I say yes.
Because food that makes you feel like a unicorn should be devoured with gusto: it’s only polite.
Yesterday I hosted my 3rd #cupcakedayfortherspca . This is a cause very dear to my heart as you all know by now. Baking for the RSPCA is a way to fight animal cruelty and support a non- government funded organisation that tries to better the lives of thousands of animals each year. I am absolutely blown away by the generosity, love and support from the amazing humans in my life. Thank you so much to everyone that donated yesterday and online. Our furry animal friends of @rspcaaustralia are going to be able to live better lives now because of you 💖💫🐶🐱🐷🐰 Love you all Xxx

So yesterday we took a trip to @zadsmcr because obviously k is vegan. I also picked up cupcakes while I was there. And as a baker and a meat eater I must say these cupcakes are phenomenal and some of the best cakes I’ve EVER tried. I had the walnut and coffee one and it is times like these where I can say no dairy is needed. For people like myself who are not morally or ethically attached to food and only enjoy the taste I’ve got to say this is the perfect example of how veganism will be the way forward.
Don’t get down to zads and have a cupcake because it’s vegan, go and get one just because they are absolutely banging.
