I always used to think fruit made you 'fat' so I've avoided it like the plague. However, I've quickly learned that eating living food makes you full of LIFE. This is my protein bowl, base mixed with frozen fruits and protein powder. Topped with my favorite PBFit (which I can't live without). 🍌🍓

Wowza, these where easy😂 they are just oats, cashew milk, and banana. I added some vanilla extract and of course, my favorite-- chocolate chips. I like this recipe because I am a generally messy person and anything with flour tends to get out of hand fast haha💣💥. ANYWHO 10/10 would recommend it's also really great for someone like me who is normally just cooking for one or two servings. These where inspired by @emillysonsie delicious blog 3-ingredient pancakes. 😋
Sticky coconut and mango porridge 💛 I've been loving experimenting with new porridge flavours and recipes and for some reason I've really been digging coconut things! I wasn't the biggest coconut fan but the more I had it the more I enjoyed it 😋 Do you guys like coconut? ✨

vulnerability. a concept i’ve really struggled with throughout my life. building walls around my heart was something that become easy and many times even second nature for fear of being rejected, misunderstood...judged. but I don’t want easy anymore. ive realized that in speaking and sharing my truth, I am also holding safe place for others to speak their own and there is infinite power in that. it isn’t always easy but in this past year I’ve truly learned that vulnerability is the gateway to true connection. it’s worth tearing down the walls and ignoring all the safety signs for, I promise.

Another big, messy dish of veggies. My fave way of cooking! I am and always will be a feeder - I love cooking for friends and fam, and bonding over the yummy selection of food! Had my lovely friend @leslie.vanessa.s for dinner last night and made her this Mediterranean veggie and new potato salad with a tahini lime dressing. Two very happy bellies and hearts 🤰🤰
I wanted to mention a word that I read into this morning, about the importance of nourishing not only your body but your mind. In Mark 7:17, Jesus asks why bother filling your body with ‘clean food’ if you’re filling your mind with ‘junk food’? This really resonated with me - it’s great to eat well and look after yourself, but is it really good for you if you’re counteracting it with filling your head with bad thoughts and dwelling on things of negativity? This includes watching bad telly or reading hateful things. Mind health is just as important as body health, and both go hand in hand. I mean, it must do... Jesus says so 🤷♀️ Philippians 4:8 “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things.”

Багато всього пробувала, замінювала та все одно поверталася до 🥣 овсяночки. Ну подобається вона мені.
Кишечник нормально починає функціонувати, легкість, ситність на цілий день (іноді можу нічого не їсти протягом дня).
Просто і легко готується:
🍽 овсянка плющена, важкого приготування (звечора замочую, ранком варю 5-7 хв).
🍽 грецький горіх ~10 шт. (звечора замочую, додаю щіпотку солі. Горіх стає дуже смачним, без гіркоти, м'який і має яскра вовиражений смак).
🍽 1 ст. л. насіння льону меленого
🍽 0.5 ст. л. меду
🍽 1 яблуко
🍽 ще сезонні фрукти додаю, це по бажанню.
