Last up & newest member, our only brunette on the team...but she’s cool with it 😉
Hello! My name is Michelle, I’ve always had a passion for creating unique and beautiful experiences. This passion led me to graduating from BCIT in 2013 with an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management with a focus on Event Marketing and Event Planning. Implementing my education through four years of practical experience as an event bar manager and later a position as a special events assistant coordinator at a popular berry farm and estate winery. Armed with a competitive education, a wide variety of experiences, and a naturally detail-oriented mindset, I joined the event coordination team at Swan-E-Set Bay Resort and Country Club in January of 2018. As a professional wedding specialist, I believe the key to creating a one-of-a-kind lifetime event is through the support I give to clients from the beginning to the end of an event. Keeping in mind their vision of their special day, but providing them with the tools and inspiration to do so. From the initial meeting, menu planning, to the rehearsal and the day of your special occasion, I hope to create your dream come true.
LETS TALK- Fluffy fans.
For you volume fan-atics (hah hah) that struggle with fans closing or sticking together...
Well to start off what causes a fan to close?
Generally speaking this can happen to people with an oily complex, sweating or even product getting in the lashes. So how do you keep your fans fluffy and looking like you just walked out of your appointment?
✓ You've heard it before and you'll hear it again. CLEAN YOUR LASHES. If your a makeup wearer get in there with some oil free makeup remover first. Then go in with a lash cleanser to get any remaining product, debris & oils.
✓ Let wet lashes DRY completely before brushing them out. Give yourself a lash blow out by using the cold setting on your hair dryer to fluff them up. I repeat, the COLD SETTING on your hair dryer.
✓ When applying moisturizer, eye cream or sunscreen avoid the lash line.
✓ Beware of setting sprays/finishing sprays. Pretty much think of what happens to your hair when you use hair spray on it. Same thing happens with setting sprays when they get on your extensions. That betting said, careful when using hair spray around lashes too.

Feeling lost when it comes to WHAT you should eat and HOW you should eat? 🤔
Well let me teach you! 👩🏼🏫
I’ll be totally honest… With my last 6 week challenge I was kinda frustrated. 😓
The participants were able to make some awesome progress with just a workout plan, and I was SUPER stoked with their results and the feedback I received BUT I knew there was SO MUCH MORE I could help them with. 😭🙏🏼💕
Unfortunately I didn’t quite have the time to work individually with each of them and I DON’T believe in cookie cutter meal plans...
My first challenge was solely workout based…
but we alllllll know where my heart really lies!
Which brings on my FALL #SixWithNix Challenge! 😁
