Let your heart be filled with God’s Grace ❤️ What an incredible day watching so many people accepting God into their lives. I must have cried a 1000 times over. Wishing each of you a lifetime of joy and happiness. God is great.
One of the most concerning questions I get is this.
The answers is..the pain is usually very minimal.
I use numbing cream before and during the procedure to make it as comfortable as possible:)
· 🚫Please avoid any blood thinner(aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E etc) for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
🚫Please DO NOT drink alcohol and caffeinated drinks 24 hours before.
This will affect the color deposit and may make you more prone to sensitivity and/or cause more bleeding.
💊If you know that you are sensitive to pain, you may take Tylenol before your appointment as it will not thin your blood. ·

A little life update (: Zay and I planned a trip to get away from our daily, chaotic and hectic lives in the fall. We will be staying in this beautiful little shipping container-converted-modern house right off the beach in Astoria, OR. We plan on possibly zip lining and surfing for a couple of days and then our trip ventures to a more urban setting and we will be seeing the beautiful Seattle, WA❤️❤️❤️ Boy have I wanted to experience Seattle and it’s moody weather, the Pike’s Place Market and their AMAZING coffee! I am so excited because we just need to get away and we’re going to be on the beach🙃 of course you guys need to be ready to see 2-4 pics daily on the feed🌲🌲 so yes, this picture is necessary in defining the excitement I’m radiating!!!!!!!

At 15, I knew nothing about food, the proper manners and the respect. I was taught how to work with pans, how to work with knives and how to handle the stress of whether people will or will not like your food. I’ve cried, been yelled at and been told that out there, no one gives a damn about you because out there you only got yourself. In little as 4-5 years, I’ve worked my way up even if people tried to bring me down with the words “ you’re only a kid, what do you know?” I didn’t go to school for it but I have the same knowledge with the same kid that goes to school for cooking. At 16-17, I was already running a restaurant to myself. Throughout the years I’ve learned to have my own different bottles of negatives and positives. I was always told to never take shortcuts when executing your own products because nobody likes that and to this day I still keep that in my head. I still question myself, why am I really doing this? My answer is still and will always be “ because I have passion for food.” Out there not a lot of people will respect you because of your age, but will respect you because of what you have in you, the knowledge and the respect and not a lot of people will see that. Even to this day I still hear” she’s only 19, why are you letting her boss you around, she don’t know shit.” .
