Com umas das músicas mais loucas que eu curto pra começar o set, da nossa parceira @tyndra_insane_creatures que está confirmada em nosso Festival Continuum
My baby cephalopods have hatched 🌺🐚
Adorabilis, Berryi, Pompilius and the creepy cute Infernalis are all safe and sound! Last minute, even a giant Pacific octopus found her tiny spot on a blank card ✨
What can I say? I'm such a proud Mama. Learn more about each of them 👉🐙 etsy.com/shop/SoftMoka
This is a handmade card or mini artwork. It will make you feel good, your friend amazed and me dance inside.

The Vampire squid first appeared before dinosaurs, around 300 million years ago. It is considered a living fossil.
In order to protect itself from predators in the deep sea, the Vampire squid is able to turn itself INSIDE OUT and give off a spiny appearance!
69/100 the vampire squid. Odd looking chap, bit like an umbrella. Apparently first classified as an octopus, these squiddos have two rows of spines on each of their 8 arms. Not the cuddliest of creatures, they do however have very large eyes compared to their body size 👀
- Cloak Pokémon
- Abilities: Torrent (Powers up Water-type moves when the Pokémon’s HP is low.)
- Dream World Ability: Ink Cloud (The foe’s Pokémon has it’s accuracy and evasiveness reduced by one stage every time it uses a super-effective move.)
- Height: 1’5″
- Weight: 22.0 lbs.
Watercolor Entry: During the Halloween season hundreds of Kudopus rise from the depths of the ocean and gather together, each illuminating their patterns and create different face shapes on the water surface. Scientists do not know exactly why Kudopus do this.
. Gouache Entry: This Pokémon covers itself with its thick fins and resembles a jack-o-lantern. Illuminating its patterns and eyes gives it a more frightening look to ward off predators.
In-depth entry: These Pokemon are extremely elusive. Finding one in the wild is said to be extremely difficult. Those that come across a Kudopus in the wild are immediately frightened by their jack-o-lantern-like face, and the Pokémon vanishes into the depths.
Here’s the last of the starters and definitely my favorite (which is ironic since I normally always go for the Grass types). But I guess the fact that it’s two of my favorite things in one is what plays a huge bias on me lol. Yeah, I’m a huge fan of vampire squid (cephalopods in general), and jack o lanterns if you haven’t be able to tell. I had a lot of fun with this guy :)
🔥This cephalopods scientific name translates to "the vampire squid from hell”🔥 (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) ⚠️➡️ With a deep crimson cloak-like webbing connecting it’s arms, the Vampire Squid isn’t out looking for blood…
🔵 This blue-eyed beauty uses two thread-like filaments to feed on “marine snow” — perfect for the holidays huh nation?! ❄️ 😱Well, that is until you learn that marine snow is made up of a mixture of dead sea creatures, snot, and fecal pellets passed by small animals.💀 📚 With 8 arms, flappy fins on their head, and 2 long feeding filaments, scientists think vampire squid are EXTREMELY ancient, possibly representing some of the only living descendants of the common ancestors of both octopus and quid that lived more than over 200 million years ago! 🤔So are they a squid or an Octopus? Well while they physically resemble an octopus, the presence of unique retractable sensory filaments, place the vampire squid in its own order, Vampyromorphida, as it shares similarities with both octopuses and squid! So… um…BOTH! lol 🦑 💨 It’s superpower? Ejecting a cloud of thick, shimmering blue mucus that stays suspended in the water for 10 minutes as it vanishes deeper to depths of the ocean where most animals can’t breathe/survive. 🌊☠️🌊 🎥: @nautiluslive

Best known as the vampire squid from hell 🔥
I can imagine the first biologists who named this deep-sea animal being like "An umbrella with red eyes! Where did that come from?"
Perhaps under certain light conditions its blue eyes can look red, but otherwise it's as good as they come 😇
Didn't change much from its ancestors 300 million years ago. Lives in dark, low-oxygen waters and eats drifting particles (whatever comes down from the surface) 💩
The @montereybayaquarium was the first to display this species in an aquarium 💙
Stay tuned, I'll be uploading these marine illustrations to my etsy soon!
