Note: She did 100 one arm snatches and also dips on the rings and 4 rounds of this if I recall correctly and just one round gassed me and I forgot the dips!! 🙄😂

Reduces the risk of Diabetes
Gives the brain a chance to reorganize itself and allows it to access stored memories .
Bottom line is going to bed at the same time each night and getting a consistent 7-8hrs a night plays a HUGE role in your fat loss goals
When you get into that routine it also makes you more efficient and get a proper breakfast in so you can Break your Fast and get your body back into that anabolic or fat burning state 😉
Couple days out from turning 40 and had my Lovely Mom on my mind this morning. .
Mom epitomizes what it means to be a LADY. Graceful, intelligent, kind and a passionate Latina.
At first she wasn’t too keen on my Dad the white American Gringo but I’m glad she stuck with it and gave him a shot 😉
As I’ve grown older I’ve appreciated more and more the Latino culture of family, living life to fullest, and open kindness and hospitality my other half of me brings to the world. .
I also love how my Mom is ALWAYS on point with fashion. She does not go to Lowe’s or the grocery store wearing sweats..Mom is always looking put together. .
Funny when I was a kid I didn’t get spoiled but I guess I appreciate things more so my folks spoil me now. Mom has always poured everything she has into me.
