No inspired saying today just WORK
Always good to record yourself to see mistakes on form and boy did I see a few! .
Don’t fall into the trap that because it’s the weekend that you don’t stick to your diet or your cancel that gym appointment 😉
On this R.E.D. Friday (no I’m not wearing red lol) I had a message for my fellow Veterans and anyone who’s struggling .
YOU MATTER .
3 John 1:2 says “Dear friend, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul” NET Bible .
No go out there and OPEN UP A CAN and DO WORK 👊🏼👊🏼
I’ve had this long sleeve shirt since 2005
Literally went to Afghanistan for my first tour and bought the shirt .
In my defense I was a brand new butter bar LT but it’s been a good shirt and reminds me that life can always suck worse and to appreciate what I have that many do not .
Free to get my rear end out of bed to workout .
Free to breathe and go get my goals
Free to worship God without persecution .
Free to travel when and where I want .
I used to live in the past but now use it as fuel for the future!!
Do you still hold onto the past? It’s good to remember but don’t stay there you’ve got too much to look forward to 👊🏼
For those of you with a 🍑 Happy Hump Day!!
For those of you like me who are working on it...smile and attack those leg and glute exercises!!
Keep doing WORK 👊🏼👊🏼🔥🔥
Join me tomorrow on #TheSecurityBrief for “Freedom is not Free"⠀
From a place of complete respect and gratitude, I deliver a special edition episode of TSB by sitting down with @freedomhardusa Founder @whitechris88 for a passionate and Patriotic conversation about our Veterans and the fabric of freedom they have and continue to clothe us with, on a daily basis. May God continue to bless each and every one of them.⠀
As has and will always be the case on Veterans day, I recognize my hero, my Father Michael Viollis, a WWII vet and member of the original Underwater Demolition Team for the US Navy. That said, this years Veterans Day episode is proudly and emotionally dedicated to my Father in Law, Arthur Nitti; a multi-decorated US Army WWII Veteran and one of the greatest men that will ever grace this earth. May God rest your soul, Dad.⠀
At the end of the episode, we share #somethinggood that we all need to hear with our famous #AOK#actsofkindness stories that we share each week!⠀
Listen tomorrow at the link in my bio!
Yes I got up for the gym this morning but didn’t make my start time .
We are all at different stages and consistency for you might just be getting up and walking to the gym or it might be hitting legs twice a week or getting a healthy breakfast with protein before you leave for work
