The only way out is through. Making 10-15minutes of meditation a non-negotiable staple of my morning routine has proven life-changing.
I’ve been an on and off meditator for about 4years now. Whenever I take a break from it I regret it and notice myself sweating the small things.
But now I’m back on the train. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Slowly but surely, moment to moment life becomes more vivid and my thoughts become less urgent— less in my face.
They’re more examinable, and not as tightly held.
Not to sit on a soapbox, but I truly believe meditation is the ultimate, original life hack.
