If you are a Strongman,Powerlifter,Crossfitter,Bodybuilder or even training for weight loss the deadlift is always a good exercise to incorporate into your training. The deadlift works more muscles in your body than any other exercise.The deadlift is the only exercise that stimulates so much of the lower and upper-body in one lift. It helps to develop cardio respiratory fitness. Like the squat, deadlifts will severely tax the cardio respiratory system if done with enough intensity. ⬅️ Prob 1 of the worst workout sessions ive ever had (unproductive n inefficient), so i knew i started feeling sick since last night but i made myself go to the gym w the boyz coz i thought i'd b fine. Nope, my awful stomachache jst kept on squeezing all the way n had to call it quit eventually. So i only ended up doing (20 reps x 4 sets) x 3 workouts = 240 reps of HIIT/full body workouts. The rest of the slides r just some of the things we've bn doin ths weekend.🤗🤗

💪🏼These are a few supersets from my upperbody workout! I really like supersets because it keeps me busy with the workout and it is more intensive. 
In the end I feel more dead than alive but hey that’s a good sign this is how you wanna feel after your workout right?😛 And I have noticed that I am less concentrated when I film my workouts so not everything is clean😬 in my opinion.

Hypertension, single arm dumbbell row & assisted pull up.

It’s clear that I don’t work my upper body enough... I haven’t really progressed much and my forms not perfect. Compared to my lower body, my upper body gains are pretty much nonexistent. This is simply because I have trained my lower body a lot more than my upper body. It’s so important to train your WHOLE body, not just half of it. I will continue working on my glutes, legs etc but I am really going to try and build my arms and back too so that everything looks in proportion and because I want to get stronger 💪🏼 Everyone trains for different reasons and so not everyone’s goals are the same which is really important to remember... I’m still learning and am sharing my journey, whether it’s perfect or not 💗

 HOW TO GET SH*T DONE AND WORKOUT
here’s my top tips: .
-PLAN, plan your day, make a list of things you need to get done and put them in an order that you can stick too
. -MEAL PREP, if you find it hard to cook/eat nutritious food when your busy then meal prep may be helpful! .
-WORKOUT, workout when you want too and when suits you (whether that’s in the morning so it’s done and sorted for the day or in the evening after you finished all your tasks to do) or even not at all! taking a break and a rest day is so important mentally and physically! .
-DON’T STRESS, don’t worry if you can’t workout today, one day won’t matter in the long run! equally, don’t plan to do so much that it becomes overwhelming! make sure you are realistic with what you can accomplish in a day .
-LIMIT PHONE TIME, watch out for when you pick up your phone and aimlessly scroll through instagram, this can be a big time waster!! .
-HAVE FUN, don’t let anything become too stressful or get you down and if you don’t get everything you want done, there’s always tomorrow!!💞

GUESS WHO WENT TO THE GYM FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER WEEK!! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️this gal!!!
after a week of migraines and feeling tired i decided i need to get back to my daily life before (instead of resting all day) 
i don’t feel better yet but i know i need to get back to school/training and regular life and maybe hopefully the migraine will go soon🤪
only went to the gym for 1 hour because i’m exhausted still BUT i trained legs and was sweaty after an effective workout✅ 🔥squats
🔥calf raises
🔥sumo squats with dumbbell
🔥goblet squats 
also did- leg curl/extensions and abductors/adductors and leg press
realised i was struggling to squat 60kg today which was not gr8 but i’ll get back up to 80kg in a few weeks i know it! 
muscle memory + food + rest will sort me out !!
