Here lies the shell of what I envision as a place of connection.
It never seems to fail... The message that continues to flash signals in my face happens to be that life doesn’t feel all that meaningful without community. It’s actually proven. There are actual studies. Say what!? 😧 Yeah.
Humans crave connection.
I’m not going to go down the rabbit hole here, but I am energized just thinking about bringing this vision to life.
This home will be able to accommodate 4 people or 4 couples at its start. It’s “move-in” ready, but I have made the decision to invest into the home to make it just THAT more beautiful before accepting applications. Beautiful in the aspect of smart features, improvements to the most important space of connection: the kitchen, improvements to alleviate as many shared space pain points as possible, giving it an overall face lift while keeping its original 1930’s charm, and all while keeping energy efficiency, up cycling, and minimalism in mind. What do you think? Comment “I’m with ya “✨ if you believe in this vision for Utica. ~Stacey, Owner #coliving#sharedspaces#uticany#cravingconnection#communityovercompetition#1930shouse#smarthome#millenialsbelike#dontbelonely#youngprofessionals#oldhouselove#communityspace#minimalistichome#upcycledfurniture
🖤🍂I tried to add this piece to the @zibrapainting #zibramarketplace from a previous post....but....I either had too many hashtags or edited too many times. 😬 Anywho, IG wouldn’t let me make changes to this baby, so here it is again! Available in Cincinnati and surrounding areas including Lexington and Louisville. Going to put my Facebook link in my bio to be directed to direct marketplace listing and of course, more photos are available from previous posts here on Instagram. Swipe to the end to see a similar finish and piece ..... and look at that price point 😳. Asking $1295 for this versatile beaut! 🖤🍂 Love a Farmhouse Fresh look? This piece is for you. Love Modern Vintage? This piece could work for you too! The options were not eliminated when designing this piece.
Available 3 ways:
•Open Concept shelving to compliment Modern Farmhouse collectibles, dishes and displays.
•Four doors with vintage brass handles added on for a Modern Vintage look accentuated by arched frames. This looks pairs with MidCentury Modern to Traditional all the way to Modern Farmhouse if you choose. •Want the best of both worlds? Add just the two outside doors on for the perfect combo of architectural detail from the Shiplap backer and curved door panels.
Refinished using Magnolia Home paints and carefully hand distressed to give an old-world, time-worn feel. The finish has been buffed to a light sheen using Annie Sloan Wax. The hutch-top backboard has been removed and replaced with classic, fresh, white Shiplap. (Great way to add a touch of shiplap to your home without doing an entire wall.) Choose between two sets of knobs: Round Etched Wood or Oval Antique Brass.
Drawers freshened with a simple black and white mini buffalo check.
60”w x 17”d x 69”h .
In the midst of a bathroom under construction we thought, what the hey, let’s tear up another space in our house! Adding unique built-ins (incorporating the arches of course!) for a fresh update of @organized_life_design HQ! This one is gonna light up your feed when it’s finished! #organizedlifedesign#graceupcycles#officerenovation
