There are a few different ways for us to achieve ultimate relaxation. It could be through visualisation, listening, touching or smelling! ☮️
Whilst being away at the seaside with my gorgeous family, I was able to sit and watch the waves ebb and flow, I could also close my eyes and listen to their sounds, as well as standing in the water feeling the waves trickle over my sandy toes. All of these ways provided me the state of ultimate relaxation and I just felt so calm and relaxed. 😊
