So as soon as I arrived back from @ukvegancampout (after a nice hot shower of course) I headed to @grubmcr for some free food 😍
After applying every week to win free food at Grub’s #plantpoweredsundays we were finally chosen...I’m just sad that @sophiejoannou couldn’t make it 😢
What you see here is the cauliflower bao from @wallaceandsonscatering ...with the best tofu and sesame dressing 😍 and the spiced Cuban aubergine sandwich from @pressdecuba 💚🌱
For anyone in the Manchester area or if you ever visit...Plant Powered Sundays at @grubmcr is amazing. All vegan food and drinks and the best vibes 👌🏼
We went to Sheffield Vegan Beerfest on Saturday and ate some super delicious food from @mnbvegan @just_falafs and @theveganfoodpod 🤭 here’s the BBQ platter from Make No Bones and a (deceptively powerful) #vegan cider and a falafel pita and loaded schwarma fries from Just Falafs 🍻 not pictured are the multiple donuts we made our way through too 😅 needless to say we left with seriously full bellies!

I’m recruiting legs here to help me break a plateau. This is 60kg, 5kg more than my usual which I was hitting 4/5 reps consistently on.
This was weird feeling and bloody heavy (anything new usually is)
60kg x 4
60kg x2 (struggled with technique/timing)
Lateral Raises (see my uneven stance? Scoliosis folks)
Rear Delt Fly
20kg x6 (limit of form with 20kg)
Skull Crushers (EZ bar)
Dips (sorry about the awful angle 😂🤦🏼♂️)
My dinner actually survived in my bag and I could get a decent photo👏🏻👏🏻 So today I’m having a salad consisting of: quinoa, black rice, butternut squash, spring onion, beetroot, carrot, a few cashew nuts, salad leaves, a whole avo and some @tescofood pink slaw 💗🌸🌺
What a weekend! We had such a great time at @ukvegancampout, huge thanks to @jordannofx, @katelouisepowell and everyone involved in putting on such a great event. We loved meeting so many of you and seeing so many #veganqueens representing! 🔥

Proud to share a space with’Really Wild’ business yesterday! Has been a super busy summer full of all sorts of markets, events and venues 😍.
We even pop up in the ITV show the ‘Smallest city in Britain’, albeit in the background but we are there😆🏴🧡.
Our next goal is to FINALLY launch the online store, as soo many of you beautiful people are interested in our little candles! Which can we say a massive thank you for your support, it’s awesome to see so many people interested in using all natural vegan candles, because we all know, natural is better anyway🌱😏
Arrived in Belfast yesterday afternoon for a few days away with my mum and brother 🇬🇧 Went to this pub for dinner last night, which had lots of vegan options, including chilli and shepherds pie, I got this sloppy joes vegan burger with sweet potato fries 🍟 🍔 which was pretty good, apart from having rocket on the base, unpopular opinion but rocket is the worst food in the world (except coconut 🥥) not even sorry 😂 do you guys have any foods that you hate that everyone else seems to love?
Going to explore the city centre today 😄
Never have I been disappointed by this humble muffin breakfast muffin. Confusion sets in every time I take a bite.... "How do they make it this good?" I whisper to my chosen companion.😭
Vegan sausage patty
Allllll the taste🔥
They do a banging coffee, staff are friendly as all hell and the do a regular deal on the @wrigglebrighton app so you can nab this on the cheap. The type of place you would love to make your regular. Plus they have a pooch so what more can you ask for 🐶 .
Also pretty sure this is my favourite breakfast in Brighton... can't think of a rival! Taste explosion 💥
Had a bit of a binge day yesterday, but hey... it's allowed and I still haven't had any 🍷 so...! 😁 Back on track this morning though with a delicious breakfast of banana, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, mixed seeds, goji berries and @alpro vanilla yoghurt 💚 #plantbased_bean 🌱
I absolutely adore living by the sea. There is something so grounding and calming about the ocean. I remember going diving in Australia and panicking as we were swimming out to a bouy where we were due to start decending. It was really choppy and i’m not a strong swimmer but as soon as I put my snorkel on and my head under water I felt immediately calm. It was one of my best dives that day. I followed a turtle, saw a family of leopard sharks and beautiful coral reefs. 🌊🐠
Why am I babbling on about the ocean? Well, did you know that our coral reefs are being destroyed by chemical suncreams? Hawaii have even banned them on their beaches and only allow mineral suncreams like ours.
Even shampoos & conditioners are a problem for our oceans. Some of these products contain silicon which coats the hair to make it look artificially shiny but doesn’t biodegrade so once it’s washed down our plug holes it’s also coating the surface of the sea and suffocating coral reefs. Just as micro plastics from artificial body scrubs toothpastes and exfoliators are being gobbled up by marine life.
Tropic products don’t contain any silicon, micro plastics, or hash chemicals.
I love that Tropic is not only cruelty free but it is conscious of these wider issues and ensures that it’s products don’t impact negatively on the environment. Whenever you buy a Tropic product you know that you’re treating your skin AND the environment with loving care. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?!
