Absolutely smashes the long head of the triceps as you can see. One of the few tricep exercises you can actually use a lot of weight with this was the 4th set of 12 reps. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try this out go heavy, slightly lean over, keep the elbows tucked out & make sure you get a full stretch at the top 🔥🏆.

All of you probably know I’ve been doing this comp stuff for years however the very last time I stepped on that stage I didn’t get the result I expected I’ve replayed that moment over & over in my head again & again for years, at the start cowardly enough I took the easy route and said yeah f**k the system all politics when in reality time made me realise I had got lazy I’d got complacent the reason I didn’t win was because you can’t keep expecting brilliant results time & time again without improvements there will always be people out there trying to beat you! So I set a plan in motion and since then whilst I’ve been using the hurt over the years as motivation whilst just waiting just waiting patiently in the shadows whilst ticking the boxes daily reminding myself one day, one day my day will come! #letswork

120kg 3 sets of 4. Slowly trying to increase weight on the bar again after the leave of absence from squats. I'm enjoying that it's not easy, I'm enjoying the challenge.
There was a time where I could squat 160 for triples and when 140kg was a normal working set. I'm at a stage where I don't have a target weight to squat. I just want to increase the load at a pace.
Not lifting to impress anyone or get likes. A bit of friendly competition maybe but mainly it's doing what I do to enjoy it.

Here’s a dieting tip, one of the better ways to eat salad is to put Chicken and bacon on it 👍🏼 There is also avocado, tomato, peppers and cucumber hiding under that juicy chicken. —

Although I have decent quad sweeps the muscle development around my knees is lacking due to ops on both of them. SO I’ve started implementing a lot more training to target the weakness. I’m going to post them as and when I can be arsed to film them🙃

I don’t find training boring at all, but it’s fun to challenge yourself and push past the mental barriers 😅
