More Deadlifts ☠️!!!!!
This week is going to consist of 5-6 sets of 10 reps. Less brutal than sets of 20, yet it’s still enough to make my body go numb.
The first two videos are technically volume PRs because I’ve never done sets of 10 with 445 before 🤷🏻♂️(at some point, it will be 500😈)
BB Bent over row:3x10
Box Side Planks:3x40 seconds
Squats (belt-less, Sleeve-less w/hip circle):5x5
3rounds of (w/hip circle on):
12 Front squats
12 jump squats
30 sec plank
30 sec Hollow rocks
10ea Single Arm Over Head sit-ups
10 hanging leg raises

TRAINING TIP OF THE WEEK: per chi ha voglia e tempo, un ottimo metodo per allenare le gambe è fare squat pesanti la mattina e stacchi medio-pesanti al pomeriggio. Qui eseguo una variante di trap bar deadlift con deficit, ovvero su un rialzo di circa 15cm, per favorire un range di movimento maggiore. Quando si eseguono gli stacchi le anche non dovrebbero iniziare a salire prima delle spalle. Se ciò accade, potrete sollevare più peso ma il carico sui quadricipiti sarà minore, tanto vale allora eseguire degli stacchi rumeni!

Haven’t posted in a brick, but don’t worry I’ve been sweating. I’ll be more active in about a week with going back to school and cycling into pt again. I got sidewinded with a much needed vacation after basic camp with @lilgfit03 and then ive been helping my parents move into our new home, which also means new gym. This past week I’ve increased cardio and strength so I can be in my best shape for the pt test in the first week of school, and have been doing two a days. Looking forward to getting better.
